Experience Your Vacation Haven

Unit 339 is a studio style condo featuring a kitchenette and full bath. The condo has two comfortable queen beds to accommodate 4 people. The kitchenette has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, and regular & Keurig style coffee maker. This condo has been recently remodeled and renovated to the coastal luxury style for a relaxing beach vacation.

When you’re ready to soak in that Florida sun, head out to the community pool. This spacious outdoor sanctuary is equipped with loungers, palm trees, and a hot tub! When you’re ready to get your toes into the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, jump on the resort tram and head over to Miramar Beach. In just a few minutes, you can float in the emerald sea and let your troubles wash away.

Market Street Inn is a great location for guests who love to eat out and have some fun. The complex is part of the Village of Baytowne Wharf—an open-air marketplace featuring food for all ages and occasions, an adventure park, boutique shopping, and so much more.

Good Location. Beds were nice and comfy. Room was well equipped. Chairs provided for the beach were not beach chairs.

Great resort

The room was very comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and being so close to the village. Having the beach supplies were awesome too. The only downside was that the laundry was in the next complex (shared same garage) on the highest floor. Other than that, it was a great vacation spot. The food in the village was AMAZING!

Enjoyed the property

Would’ve liked to have access to the porch like the neighbor next door. Great process checking in but room did have a weird pungent smell the entire stay. Did have a leak in the sink but got someone there within hours after reporting it.

There was a bit of confusion on my behalf, so make sure when browsing that you look at the amenities and inclusions for each room, even if it is different room at same place. A lot of things are for homeowners only or those at actual Sandestin Resort not just premises. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay once we got all the kinks figured out! Definitely will recommend!

We list these as three separate places--one listing is for the studio. One listing is for the one or two bedrooms that is on the other side. One listing is for both units. We're always happy to answer questions or to work with you when you're booking, so you know exactly what you're getting and what the amenities and features are. The room was so cute, and very conveniently located to the pool. The beds were so comfortable. The beach access and Baytowne Wharf area were great. We did have an incident where we lost power, but Danielle and Amy were so helpful and were able to resolve it extremely quickly. I really enjoyed staying here, and will definitely pick another My Vacation Haven spot next time I'm visiting the area!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is listed as beachfront & it is not beachfront at all. It is not even near the beach. The room had an awful smell. The walls were very thin. You could hear everything the neighbors said & did & everything from the hallway. There was no sink to wash the dishes or a kitchenette. And the room was very small.

Not as advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented a studio home, which I find out is just a hotel room. A very small hotel room! It took almost 3 hrs to get the door unlocked upon arrival because there is no 24/7 maintenance, like advertised. A locksmith was called. A coffee pot, toaster and microwave does not qualify for a kitchenette! No place do do dishes other than the bathroom! Gross!! We left a day early and spent the extra money to rent a room we wanted. I was also supposed to have a patio, which I did but the only way to access it was to walk down the hall, out of the hotel, down the walkway to our patio. Yet the room next to us had a sliding door that led to theirs. No one for information, or help of any kind. We will NEVER stay with New Haven or Market Street Inn ever again!
