The house was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for in the winter. The fireplace made the evenings especially inviting, and having both a sauna and hot tub was such a treat after cold days outside. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.

We held a girls’ weekend at the Modern Farmhouse and thoroughly enjoying the space! It was clean, comfortable and 5 stars all the way around. Its location was perfect for the four of us, driving from different areas. The amenities were amazing. We really enjoyed our time there! Beautiful home, wonderful location!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! We loved using the yard games, grilling out, and being close to everything. It is a very peaceful neighborhood and very close to the lake! We would happily stay here again!

The property is absolutely beautiful and everything is fresh. The master bedroom was especially nice and roomy and we appreciated the quality of the mattress. The house is located in such an interesting area that we enjoyed looking at the variety of homes. The beach is amazing. We walked to the local pizza spot around the corner and had delicious wood fired pizza. The back yard has fire pit and hot tub with a private view of the woods. It’s a great house

End of summer getaway

Such an amazing home. This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and I would definitely stay at this house, again. It was clean and the pictures looked exactly like the post. We also loved the closeness of the beach. Thanks to the hosts! Our family had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Home near the beach

This home was incredibly beautiful and clean with many great amenities, a great location which was walking distance to a gorgeous beach, a wonderful park for kids with tennis courts. The hosts were extremely responsive and responsible. We had an extremely restful retreat!

House was very clean and everything was just as nice or nicer than in the pictures . Location was good for our purpose and was close to many activities and restaurants. The house is in a very nice and quiet wooded neighborhood. Hot tub, fire place and sauna were very nice additions as it was starting to get cool when we were there. Kitchen was very nice and seems well equipped but we did not use it as we ate out. The only one thing that I can possible come up with as an improvement is that the windows on the front of the house could use some window coverings, other than then that, I would highly recommend this house and would stay again.

Michigan City Tradition

The house is gorgeous! The host was always so friendly and easy to communicate with. It was a lovely time! We intend to definitely come back. This is our fourth year in a row and this was by far the best accommodations.
