Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful ocean front condo. The condo is beautiful with plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals and there are enough towels and linens for a week long stay. There are laundry facilities on each floor but it is $1.75 per wash and dry so bring quarters. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves the entire time. The property around the pool is very clean and well maintained. This particular unit is located on the end of Arcadian two. It is adjacent to a large Hilton property and is right next to their service area. Unfortunately, you hear trucks backing up a lot. That is the only downside to this condo. I still give it 5 stars because that didnt bother us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit location is great, right on the ocean. Arcadian property as a whole is well spacious with parking etc.The unit needs work. Paints peeling off, some living room electric plug points not working. Balcony chairs and cushions were dirty and missing. Found some food items in the living room. Privacy curtains in middle bedroom is broken, was reported by someone in Oct 2022 and still the same.Looks like the property management or the owners are are overlooking the reviews. Just the great oceanfront location makes you ignore all these issues though. Over all the stay was very good.Recommending only if the issues are fixed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was pictured better than it showed. Black mold on all ac vents and not just a little. Cleaning was sub par compared to others. Hvac filter was filthy. Owner sent maintenance in to close and lock storm shutters mid rental week. Building and location very nice. Our unit just needs attention before next season.

The decor was beautiful and very welcoming. Each room has a balcony. The balacony to the living room/sitting area has an amazing ocean view. Very peaceful, quiet and comfortable.

The Arcadia properties have limited condos and therefore have fewer people on the beach while the large buildings on each side have packed beaches. The condo it self was awesome, clean, modern and very well decorated. Loved it!

Nice place, cleaning could be better

Sliding glass doors were covered with salt spray and handprints, LR floor had crumbs etc. Kitchen and bathrooms were good. Floor plan was great for our group.
