Welcome to our Family's Dream Home. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located resort. Our home has 2 Disney themed rooms (Frozen and Mickey Mouse) A Private Heated Pool ( pool heat additional charge) and an inhouse game room with video game consoles.
Comfortable, Clean, fully stocked kitchen that is located in a gated community with a Private-Pool and Private game Room. The property amenities include access to our Community Pool, gym, game room, playground and 54 seat state of the art movie theater; that can be privately reserved, tiki bar and convenient store.

Pool heat is $20 a day.

Gas grill for BBQ. (If tank is empty you will be responsible to get it refilled in order to use) there is an additional $15 cleaning fee)

(2) On-site high chair, (3) strollers, baby play station, beach chairs and accessories, (3)pack n play and toys for younger children, board games and gaming station in Play room.

Home away from home

Very nice house to stay in, we were greeted with cute towel sculptures on our arrival. Cool themed rooms, beds were very comfortable. Also a nice game room in the garage, complete with a pool table. Pool was very nice on the hot days. Very easy to get to Disney from here.

Great place at a great value

Great house at an excellent location. Pool was clean and fun. After researching many places for this trip I found it to be the best value of what you get. I highly recommend for a large group. Communication with the HOST was great and she did allow for an early check in which is a huge plus!

Very nice, clean house. Great for families. Also good for people with allergies, a lot of places over scent there houses causing people with sensitivities to feel sick. This house was great in this area, no over powering scents to give you a headache. Our family had a wonderful time here.

Short notice booking due to Hurricane Milton

My wife and I stayed for one week after our booking on a west cost of Florida property was cancelled due to the evacuation of the area as Hurricane Milton made land. Property was in a good location, property was clean and tidy and well stocked with pool towels and items for the kitchen. Bedrooms were a nice size and the children’s rooms were decorated to Disney themes. An enjoyable stay even though the Hurricane took out the power for a couple of days.

Disney/Universal Family/Friend Vacation

This property was the perfect fit for our 11 day stay!! It had everything we needed to fit us all including a large living room area and amazing outdoor space! We were able to prepare our meals when need be but also a very short distance to main strips of food and souvenirs!! Kendra was very easy to get ahold of and was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this vacation home!!

The property is just like the photos. We definitely enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating to our needs and helped us within moments notice when it came to any concerns. Really felt like a home away from home. The property made our daughter’s 5th birthday a memorable time and the kids are still asking to go back.

Great Property and Location

My family consisted of 4 kids (9 and under) with 4 adults, and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with all our needs. There were other “household” items to get us started, which is very understandable for a few reasons. We cooked everyday, so of course our large family needed more trash bags and paper towels. The house was clean, we enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. Check-in and getting into the home was a breeze, which I appreciated bc I had an issue with another property in the same area that we stayed in last yr. Communication with the owner was just as nice. We were there to visit three of the Disney parks, which only took us 14 minutes according to our GPS. It actually did not feel that it took that long
 We were about 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, Target, and gas stations depending on traffic. Walmart was the closest and there’s a Starbucks right outside the Walmart parking lot. Overall, no complaints. The listing and photos are accurate. I would definitely stay there again even if I have less people.
