Guests are raving about our spacious & well stocked kitchen. Sleeps up to 9 people, all beds upstairs, 2 queens ,bunkbed with 2 full beds & 1 twin bed. Open kitchen for cooking, games for game night, cuddle up in front of electric fire place in the living room while watching your favorite entertainment apps on the 55" smart tv on high speed internet. Guest can park in 1 car garage & 2 off street spots. Also has an enclosed backyard. Pets case by case, $15/Night.No pets on furniture please.

Unsafe for unattended children - all of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is no gate at the top of the stairs. Bedrooms are on 2nd story. No baby gate provided .Electric fireplace does get hot. No gates around fireplace. Backyard - It is fenced but owner of apartment not responsible if dog gets loose, clean up yard with provided dog poo container. Dog not to be left alone in the home. Can be locked in a kennel in garage. Dog should not be left out in yard in extreme weather.

We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable. Whether you prefer soft, medium or hard pillows, there was a good assortment. Plenty of clean towels and thoughtful toiletries were provided. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Great stay!

Exactly as described. Well equipped even with personal items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, cotton balls and cotton swabs! Had asked if it had a gas grill, was told yes, wasn’t there when we arrived, communicated this to the owner, was delivered within the hour!

This home was warm and inviting. Everyone that stayed here said that it was a beautiful home and was very comfortable for 6 adults and 3 kids. Customer service from the property owners was top notch and I will be staying here again.

Home away from home

Our stay Cyndee’s was wonderful! The house had everything we needed & more. There was a space for everyone in the family. My kiddos loved the giant bean bags and we loved the outdoor space!! They were helpful when needed as well.

Kennewick stay

The property was close to all our needs and was so clean. It was nice to have a few groceries already there, the basics. It was also nice to have a garage to put our rental in. I would definitely stay again.

It’s a very nice roomie place. There are some really steep stairs so it’s not a great thing for someone who can’t go up and downstairs because all the rooms are up there but the facilities are beautiful nice Clean there’s tons of extras there check-in was great. The host is really helpful and quick to respond. However, there is it is a duplex just so you know it’s half a building which is still it’s huge, but it’s half a building and the guy in the second bedroom by the bathroom on the other side of the wall is a serious snorer. Lol. They were noisy though they didn’t interrupt anything except may be a little sleep with his snoring but I’m kinda used to that with my ex-husband so not a nice reminder lol the yard is quite tiny so no need to bring bocce balls lol but all in all, it’s really nice. It’s great location Clean 2 1/2 baths beautiful even have shampoo conditioner pot pans all sorts of utensils. Nice freezer fridge dishwasher everything was working that I can think of. also for checking out there’s a list of a few things to do and compared to other places I have rented it. It’s very minimum amount of stuff she asked you to do before you leave not like clean all the towels, but just put them by the washer it’s very doable. Doesn’t feel like you’re cleaning it entirely before you have to leave Thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved this townhome. It seemed fairly new. Very spacious open concept and well-appointed kitchen, dining room and living space. Although close to everything, we cooked dinner twice as the place was so welcoming and inviting….!

Clean, spacious, well stocked, can't ask for much more!

Stayed with some friends/colleagues for a conference at the Three Rivers Convention Center. Conveniently located near there, also had food options nearby. Very spacious for 5 with room for more. Lockbox was a bit tricky to figure out but aside from that, no complaints!

Business Trip

This vacation rental was used instead of hotel rooms for a business trip. It was nice to set up an office away from home for work. Internet was great. Also nice to have the kitchen as an option instead of going out. Property worked our perfectly.

Very comfy stay in Kennewick

We had to reserve this property at the very last minute, due to major problems with a property we had previously rented. Cyndee the host, was so gracious to accept our 10pm emergency request to stay there. She saved the day! This unit is a duplex, but you would never know it once inside. Everything was wonderful. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, the beds were comfortable, top-notch furnishings and decor, wi-fi was great, nice neighborhood and location, and communication was excellent. Thanks again Cyndee for all your help, and for providing a great place to stay in Kennewick. Hope to return someday and stay again!

It's a duplex in a subdivision of duplexes. It's very clean inside and well decorated. The only real problem was that the microwave couldn't be used because it tripped the breaker. Overall it was much better than staying in a motel for the holiday.

Everything is brand new as of November 1, 2021. All rooms have mirrors, luggage racks & hangers. Bathrooms have body wash, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, lotion, q-tips, cotton balls, makeup remover & hand towel. Towel & washcloth provided for each guest. Hair dryer & extra tooth brushes/paste is provided in guest bath. Kitchen is well supplied and includes coffee, sugar & creamer. Larger coffee maker provided but not coffee grounds. Plastic dishes provided for outdoor or slippery hands. First aid kit/thermometer in kitchen drawer. No pets on furniture please
