Welcome to our home! This 6 bedroom home has it all and is perfect for families and other groups looking for the comforts of home.
This home is complete with a covered porch with outdoor seating and a BBQ and a fenced backyard with garden and plenty of room for a gathering. The home itself has 6 bedrooms and a living room with a large sectional and a workspace with a desk.
This Property does have Security recording devices/cameras outside back door & on back porch area for our guests safety.

This home was as described. Perfect size and space for our family gathering. Very welcoming space with coffee, water, and snacks available. This will be our go to meeting place when we come to the Tri-Cities. Thank you!

Our grandkids loved all the space and rooms since they live in an apartment at home. They also really enjoyed the many available games and sliding down the carpeted stairs. I personally enjoyed being able to have a quiet time away upstairs and the separate bathrooms and showers.

This home was perfect for our group. We had 4-trucks with Jet Skii trailers behind. Two fit perfect in the long driveway and two on the road in front of the house. It is a main road so that is something to note if you are concerned. We had no issues with that. The outdoor space was perfect, and we used that the most. There are a lot of tripping hazards from uneven concrete so if there were any kind of physical disabilities this home would be challenging.We would definitely stay at this home again. 100% recomend!!

The property was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much, but there was an issue with a broken step to the back door. If fixed we would definitely stay again.

Great property & location

We stayed at your property for our son's wedding and the location was great. It was extremely easy to get to and from the airport about 10 mins away and the property was spacious and clean. Check in was easy. We would definitely consider this property in the future. Thank you

Friends staying for JW convention

We really likedthe house, beds were comfortable, linens were tooskimpy; thought the cover sheet would rip when i turned over in bed. Refrigerator did not keep food at safe temperature. Had a drunk driver slam into the front yard, wrecked his truck, police asked about owner of the home, had no response to voicemail left on instructions for house. What if the truck had hit the house and one of us was seriously hurt. We still had no communication up to the day we left the house. This is not ok

Awesome!!

Great property to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed in it. We had our whole family (we had 8 adults and 3 little kids with us) and it was very spacious for us with lots of room to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Centrally located, however it is a busy street. I forgot our high chair and was able to contact the host, they got right back to me and brought us one! Very pleased.

Felt like home.

The yard was wonderful. Loved the deck and back yard. Plenty of room to lounge or gather a group. The house was clean and just as described. We were kind of sad to go. When we come back will definitely check to see if we can book a stay.

We loved the place. We attended a 3 day convention at the Toyota Center. We practically were there during the evening. But it was very homie.

Beautiful backyard in town and close to everything.

The house was nice and the backyard was amazing. Like being in a park. Large kitchen table for hanging out. Beds were comfortable, with a tv in every room for those who want to watch and a bathroom on each floor. The home is older, so the bathrooms are updated but small and the stairs a little steep. If you want brand new don't pick this house, but if you want a comfortable older home with a lovely yard this is the house for you.

Graduation

Several family members drove from Idaho and North Dakota for my nephews graduation, it worked perfect for us
wasn’t too far from my brothers house and was close to the Toyota center. It was quiet at night and the beds were comfortable so we all slept well.
