La villa étant au bout d'un cul-de-sac, elle est particuliÚrement calme. Vous avez une vue fantastique sur Fuerteventura, une grande piscine privée et chauffée (9x4m) et une plage, des restaurants, des cafés et une aire de jeux à distance de marche. La maison a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Il y a aussi un petit appartement avec une chambre, un salon / salle à manger / cuisine et une salle de bain. Parfait pour un grand groupe ou une famille avec un attachement - pour que tout le monde puisse également se retirer. WiFi gratuit, Sky TV et télévision allemande.
La villa est située dans le magnifique quartier de Las Coloradas trÚs proche des plages naturelles de Papagayo. Le beau port de Marina Rubicon avec toutes ses belles boutiques et restaurants n'est pas loin.

Wonderful private location. The heated pool is a real bonus in February - we spent hours relaxing in and around the pool. Villa has plenty of space and has good facilities.

Our second stay here, we love the villa and pool area, it’s quiet and private. We walk to the first papagayo beach Playa Mujeres, for swims (not possible if mobility issues) and catch the bus into Marina Rubicon for the evenings. Hope very much to return.

Thank you so much for a fabulous stay at this villa. It was in a location that we love - being close to Papagayo beaches and the beach at Playa Afre which has great snorkelling. The pool was a great size and we enjoyed spending a relaxing holiday together as a family.

Fabulous villa

We had a gorgeous time at this beautiful villa, everything was perfect, the heated pool, comfortable beds, stunning views ..ideally you need a car to get around but we walked or got the bus and sometimes a taxi to the marina most days . The whole area is amazing!

Really lovely property - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we could possibly want and thought the pool and outside seating areas were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few issues that did affect our experience. On arrival, the villa was not ready and cleaning was still ongoing at around 4:45pm, which meant we had to wait before we could settle in after travelling.The pool was clear when we arrived, however after a few days it became unusable and although the pool man did attend, we lost around three days’ use of it. This was disappointing as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose the villa.The main gate was also unable to close properly during our stay. Additionally, while the outdoor space is great with lovely views, the outside furniture is quite tired. The bathrooms inside the villa are also dated and would benefit from updating.With some maintenance and updates, this could be a really lovely property.

Highly recommended

Casa Mimi was a perfect house for a family get together. Stylishly decorated, well equipped and very comfortable - especially the beds! Both the owner and house manager responded quickly to questions and the whole process from booking until leaving was very good. We would highly recommend this villa for a stay.

The main villa and pool area is lovely and a home from home. We had booked the annex as well but couldn't stay in it due to maintenance issues. Thankfully we could all fit in to the villa and all of us had a great 10 days.

Second stay at wonderful villa in Los Colorados area of Playa Blanca

This was our second stay at this villa and one of several trips to Playa Blanca. The villa is well located, close to Papagoya beaches and a small supermarket in a quiet neighbourhood. The photos are accurate. The heated pool is very nice in cooler months and is partly sheltered. The owner is easy to deal with and we would stay here again.

Beautiful location in well-equipped villa

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and as-advertised. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds comfortable. One good addition would be a clothes drying rack. The pool with optional heating was a good size for swimming and we made good use of it. The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the Papagayo beaches which are some of the best in Lanzarote. We would definitely return to this villa.

Villa Mimi

A very nice property in an excellent location. Although as it's at the top of a steep hill anyone with mobility problems might find it a struggle to walk up. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant walk from the villa to the Marina which takes about thirty minutes. The villa is well-maintained and the grounds and pool are superb. There's plenty of crockery and utensils if you want to cook for yourself instead of eating out.

Wonderful villa

We so enjoyed our stay at Casa Mimi. The villa size was perfect, it is well equipped, tasteful, good Wi-Fi, lovely seaviews. The outside area was lovely with a heat pool. Location for us was ideal, away from the busy centre, but easy to get to. We caught the bus in to Rubicon most evenings and then either caught the bus back or walked. We were able to walk to Playa mujeres (20 mins) for early morning swims with the beach pretty much to ourselves. Papagayo beaches a short drive. The sunrises were incredible too. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolutely Perfect!

Absolutely perfect villa! From the original booking and communication with Miriam to arriving and staying everything was fantastic. The view from the villa was wonderful. Immaculately clean and really well equipped. The beds were so comfortable, it’s the best sleep we’ve ever had away from home. Only stayed 8 nights and then moved on to somewhere new. Will not do that again. Already looking at booking again in the future. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay and share your beautiful home. 😊

Beautiful villa

Lovely modern villa with fantastic pool and garden that is bigger than it looks in the photographs, not overlooked. Easy to find at the top end of a cul-de-sac up a steep road and extremely quiet. I would say a car is essential to enjoy your stay but that is no problem for us as we always hire one at the airport, plenty of parking space. Clean, very well equiped and excellent wi-fi. Would have liked aircon in the bedrooms but understand it is very unattractive in such a stylish villa, it was very warm even though we went in November. Ceiling 'spinners' would be a solution as we found the portable fans to be too noisy to keep on when sleeping. Overall one of the best villas we have stayed at in Playa Blanca, ideal for a relaxing week away with the family.

A stunning villa

A lovely spacious villa with a generous size pool ( easily accommodated 7 of us). Located in a quiet area that kept us fit with the hill leading up to the villa. A short walk to a small supermarket and a handful of bars/restaurants. A good 20 minute coastal stroll to the marina and another 20 minute walk to Playa Blanca. The villa was very clean with plenty of kitchen ware. The only negative is we think the villa would benefit from air conditioning especially at night. There was free standing fans and the Manager did supply us with some more but it was a struggle

Los Colorados

A new part of Playa Blanca for us, although, unfortunately only for 4 nights this time. The villa was well appointed with a wonderful sea view from the lounge and upper patio. The coastal path was only a 5 minute walk away with access to Marina Rubicon only a 15-20 minute walk from that point. As we were there at the end of November, the weather was mixed towards the end of our stay, so the satellite and Netflix package was much appreciated of an evening! With only having a short break on this occasion, we didn't try any of the bars/restaurants in Los Colorados but went to our 2 favourites - Cocina de Calacho and the Kampai in the Princesa Yaiza.

very good villa for families whit childreen

beautifull and panoramic villa on the top a a small hill, quite location, good privacy. large pool a pretty garden, very good for one or two families whit childreen. The most beautiful beaches reached by car in ten minutes and by foot in about half hour in a natural trail. rating: 5/5 in the main flat there are three large bedrooms whit two bathrooms, large living room whit kitchen. elegant architecture with well designed spaces both inside and in the patio. Good ventilation and exposure, never too hot, excellent cleaning in every room and in the garden 5/5 large outdoor spaces, very well designed. No-slip tiles both near the swimming pool and the patio. 5/5 good pots and dishes, complete kitchen equipment. 5/5 large private car park. It's possible to park three cars. 5/5 beautifull small and well-kept garden, whit 15 palms trees, cactus, aloe, bouganvilles, oleanders and other kind of plants. Deliciously lit-up at night. 5/5 very large TV whit a complete set of channels, specially british (sport, movies, news etc.) 5/5 beautifull swimming pool 1,50 m. dept max, illuminated, hot water whit every weather. Outdoor shower. well functioning barbeque 3/5 downstairs room well furnished and whit a complete equipment but whit insufficient ventilation and sometims very warm. Blind bath without forced ventilation
