You'll enjoy this cozy 2 BR, 1 Bath cottage just a block from the unique restaurants, shops, and bars in the central downtown area of Daphne and just a few blocks to the public pier at Mayday Park on Mobile bay. Fairhope is a short 10 minute drive on scenic 98. Home has 100Mbps high speed internet to keep you connected to the world. * Two Night Minimum Stay at this peaceful, centrally-located place.

This cozy cottage is in the heart of Daphne and is "walking distance" close to many destinations including numerous restaurants, public tennis courts, churches, beauty shops, boutiques, a cigar lounge, Daphne City Hall, the Daphne post office, and parks to name a few. Most of the eateries have bars and some with live entertainment. It is truly a unique mixture with a laid-back down-home atmosphere. We are glad to have you here and hope you enjoy your stay in our cozy cottage!

Lovely propert and location

Great place to stay for a couple or small family. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in beautiful Daphne. Great exploring further afield around Fairhope and state parks. All services conveniently located close by.

Everything was perfect!

Everything about our stay was perfect! Rental was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Loved that there was a washer/dryer to wash clothes. Area was quiet and downtown Daphne was just a short walk. We just wish we could have stayed longer!

We were on a business trip

This property was clean and in a quiet location. It was close to everything in Daphne and was only about a 25 minute commute to Mobile. I have stayed here twice and would stay again!

Cute cottage in the heart of Daphne, only a short scenic ride away from Fairhope! I really appreciated the flexibility the owner offered when I had a change in plans. I would definitely rent this cottage again.

Just what we needed!

The cottage is in a perfect location to explore coastal Alabama. We walked to breakfast each morning then hopped in the car to get to other areas. The cottage was spotless and very comfortable for my husband and I. Parking is a breeze as there are spots right out front. We plan to rent it again next time we visit the area.

Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very nice. Located in a quite neighborhood. We enjoyed dinner at Guidos in town. Food and service was excellent. Enjoyed shopping in Daphne and Fairhope. Great trip. Will be back. Our host was great. Thanks Mark!

Perfect Cottage and Neighborhood

We spent 8 days in what we came to call "our" cottage, exploring the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay. Our favorite part of our visit was being able to walk just a block or two to 5 wonderful restaurants, all independently owned! Part of our adventures was to enjoy the delicious food options and relaxing atmospheres for lunch and dinner. We had a lovely holiday, definitely will return to "our" cottage. We thank our wonderful hosts!

Excellent Host

We had wonderful stay! The cottage was perfectly clean when we checked in and bed was very comfy. There is a fantastic park and great restaurants just around the corner that were wonderful to walk our little one to. Rachel was very accommodating and easy to communicate with! She even went out of her way to arrange someone to meet us back at the cottage after we realized we left something behind after checking out. We will definitely look to stay here on our next visit.

Daphne Visit

Cottage is cute, but there were three of us and it is very small. No where for three people to sit in the living area with any comfort! Bedrooms and closets too small, no where to put your suitcases etc! Rooms just too small and not really comfortable furniture!

Perfect place to stay

This cottage checked all the boxes. It was very clean, on a quiet street with a nice parking pad and has a quaint porch. The check in/check out process was smooth and easy. Mark was most helpful and easy to communicate with.

Would stay here again.

Mark is a great host and even called me on the night of my check in to insure that all went well. The house is amazing for the size. There is plenty to do within walking distance if you don't want to drive. I will definitely try to book this the next time I'm in Daphne.
