Smart tvs in every room. master bedroom has a queen bed and a 42 in smart TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a 32 in smart TV. 3rd bedroom is double twin trundle bed with a 32 in TV. The cozy living room has a 55 inch smart tv and plenty of room to sit and entertain. the kitchen is fully stocked and comes with brand new appliances.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The furniture was comfortable, and the amenities were nice. The property manager was kind and helpful. It is indeed a Cozy Cabin in Largo.

Cute n Quaint

Great property. Needed to have bedding freshly washed for visit but overall really cute, really nice neighborhood with great walk ability and short drive to the beach.

Very disappointed

House is not in a particularly nice neighborhood. Entering the house there was a distinct moldy smell. The 2 Queen/double beds were old, could feel springs underneath, very lumpy. Both bed’s sets of sheets were stained and the pillows smelled. There was almost no water pressure in the bathroom (barely enough to wet your toothbrush) and the shower mat in the tub was filthy as was the bottom of the shower curtain. If it wasn’t for the fact we were exhausted we would not have stayed and driven home.

Misrepsented

The good: kitchen is cute The bad: stains on all bedding, rugs, sofa and bathtub mat looked like some weird activity had taken place. The host did not send checkin information until 3pm on the day of arrival. Upon arrival, took 12 photos of items broken or stained so badly that sofas were not useable. Went to hotel the first night to avoid sleeping on beds with stains and rugs with stains. Went to Walmart the next day and bought new bedding, sheets to cover the sofas, and tub mat so we could use the shower. Called VRBO for assistance and received absolutely NO help. Completely useless! The host never responded if VRBO was telling the truth about reaching out to the host. The house is not well insulated so you hear every car, bike, plane, etc. location is a little sketchy and you shouldn’t walk at night. Definitely not for a place for young kids. I will NEVER recommend this place ever. The host only sent a message at the end of my stay to say checkout was 10am even though the contract said 11am. If you don’t care about where you stay and how clean it is or how many things are broken, this is the place to stay. I have A LOT of photos to prove it!! Also - don’t expect any help from VRBO customer service/care. They just DONT care.

BEST place to stay

I used to manage short term rentals, so I have a pretty high bar- and it was completely met and exceeded. This little home is not only charming as can be, but so clean and comfortable. The host is very easy to work with and communicates effectively. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it 10/10. Close to so much also!!!!

Family visit

Property was clean and attractive. Air conditioning system was quiet and efficient. Appliances were in excellent condition. Limited kitchen cookware and utensils. Beds and linens were lacking in quality and comfort. In general, a nice property that could benefit from a few small upgrades for comfort.

Nicely remodeled older home

We were only there for a very short time. Just passing through while traveling, but it was great to have more space than squishing into a hotel. The renovations were nicely done. It was very cute and trendy. The floor plan is a little odd with the one bathroom pretty far from the bedrooms. One bedroom with the trundle is almost like a closet. The communication with the host was fast and it was a good value compared to a hotel.

Coastal cottage

Short trip back for reunion. Property has been upgraded recently and it suited our needs perfectly. Communication with owners was easy and we encountered no problems.

Relaxing

Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved the house and where sad to leave. Staying in this house made our whole trip a lot easier. The property manager was very helpful with any questions and check-in was very easy.

Home in Largo

Older home in Largo decent space for a couple adults. Pretty central to Clearwater, St Pete and beaches. We spent most of the time away from the house. Small patio area, no bbq. Functional kitchen, large living room and good wifi.
