The home is located in a cul-de-sac and is very roomy - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen that has items to cook with, 2 sitting areas and in a quiet location. We enjoyed the home where we could come back from the beach and just relax.

We had a great time here! The place was spacious and clean and very inviting. Kitchen had all dishes we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot when needed. The only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure in the showers was a little low, but overall a wonderful spot we really enjoyed staying in for our vacation. We will definitely be back!

Property was perfect - exactly as described in the listing. Host very friendly to deal with and all facilities in the house were excellent (especially the very comfortable beds). Smart neighbourhood with great local amenities - decent bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Location perfect with local beaches only a few mins drive and Clearwater very close too. Highly recommended and would love to stay again if ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The location is ideal, providing easy access to all local amenities and just a short walk/drive to the beach. The house itself is beautiful, incredibly clean, and fully equipped with quality items (the kitchen had everything we needed and more!). The quiet, very good neighborhood made it a truly relaxing getaway. We felt right at home and would definitely book again!

Beautiful, clean home!

This was a great place! So clean and BIG, plenty of room for three of us. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, great amenities. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood but only about 5 minutes from the beach. Dung was an excellent host. We would stay again!

Nice house close to beach

We had 3 generations staying together for a FL vacation and the house was very comfortable for all of us. The property matched the description and the property manager was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. It's a quiet neighborhood and was a short trip to many beaches. We would be happy to stay there again.

Gulf Coast Beach Experience

We rented this 4-bedroom. 2 bath home with a total of 4 couples. It was plenty roomy, very comfortable beds, and relaxing back deck. Dung responded immediately to our needs and requests. The 4-stars for cleanliness is only due to the floors. They appeared clean, but our feet were very dirty at end of day. But I think it was because we were given approval to arrive 4 hours early, but it may not have been communicated to the cleaners as they were surprised to see us there, and may have not been able to complete cleaning. Everything else was very clean, the location was excellent, the neighborhood was safe & quiet, and we would love to stay here again.

We had an absolutely excellent experience staying at this beautiful home. The house and property were impeccably clean, and there were plenty of towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and always prompt, making everything from booking to check-out seamless.The location was fantastic—a very short drive to Indian Rocks Beach, where you can rent umbrellas and chairs and enjoy a relaxing day by the water. It was also incredibly convenient to have Starbucks, Walmart, Publix, and several great restaurants just minutes away, making it easy to grab groceries, coffee, or enjoy a meal out.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Excellent location near the beach and a lot of great spots. House is very clean and appears recently remodeled. Furniture and amenities were presented accurately and matched the photos on the listing. Would stay again.
