Excellent stay!

Our stay at this property was fantastic! Nearly everything we needed was supplied in the condo by our host. We enjoyed the heated pool on a nightly basis. Our host was always quick to respond to any of our questions and very polite when doing so!

Quick trip to check area for longer vacation

Very nice home, good location not too far from beach. Very clean. They had a basket of snacks and aome drinks in fridge very nice touch that very few vrbo owners do. Would highly recommend and will rent again for sure

I loved the layout, and house was fully furnished and very nicely decorated. You have all you need and more. I really liked staying there, we were super happy. Clearwater was 15 mins from us. And saint petes 25 mins.

Bright 2-bdrm in Largo

Very clean, comfortable and attractively furnished unit in quiet area. The photos are accurate. The kitchen was minimally equipped for guests who want to do a lot of food prep or entertain.The pool was close by but we didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on it. The unit was hard to find the first time, so it would be helpful to get more detailed directions.

Great location

Just a short drive to just about every beach in Tampa area. Easy to get to. Convenient to food, shopping, and St Pete airport. The condo is quiet, clean and updated. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room are very comfortable for a couple, but will easily accommodate six people. The screened in porch, or private patio out back are great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with just a short walk to the park, or swimming pools. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was quite cozy, peaceful and relaxing. TVs in the main rooms were a plus, it was just what I was looking for and very convenient. The gas grill on the back fenced in patio was also convenient. It def came in handy. I took advantage of the heated pool that was onsight. This house is in a very nice location with lots of things in close proximity. Beaches close by. Overall, the house was very nice. I really enjoyed it.

Temporary place while getting hurricane damage repairs

The property was per description and pictures. It's a 2 bedroom/1 bath but with 2 separate sink areas which was helpful. The unit is spacious with everything you need. The complex is nice and extremely quite and has 2 small pools. We had a little blip with cable, but the host was extremely helpful and it was resolved quickly in the main area. Each bedroom also has Roku but not cable boxes in case that is important. I left a cell phone charging brick when I checked out, and the host found it for me and I was able to pick it up. Overall, this is a convenient location and a comfortable stay.

We did not get to stay as the filters set on Expedia said it was a pet friendly site and it actually wasn't. (No fault of the owner) I cannot comment on the property, but the owner has been wonderful, going above and beyond to try to get Expedia/VRBO to refund our money. If the property is as great as the owner, this is a fabulous place to stay!

Stayed 8 nights. Property was well equipped and had basic supplies which allowed us to settle in quickly when we arrived. Located in a condo complex which was very quiet and nicely maintained. The kitchen had essentially everything that we needed, although we ended up doing very little cooking during our stay. The WIFI was reliable and fast. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was convenient. The host was very responsive when we had questions. Navigating the area around the condo complex was a bit tricky at first. The complex is very large but access to it is limited to two entrances from an adjacent arterial road which are not readily visible, especially at night. Similarly there is very little signage inside the complex. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the directions before arriving. If you specify the address only (i.e. without unit number) in Google maps, it will instead take you to a strip mall which is separate but adjacent to the complex.
