Great place for a large group. Nice to have the large dining table with plenty of seats. Location is great as it is only 6 minutes to downtown GR.

Good location, nice redone farmhouse

This was the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, close to downtown and the house was large and comfy. It had everything we needed. Would recommend.

We had a group of 12 traveling after a race and we loved staying here! Plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, and a very communicative host! If we race in Michigan again, we’ll definitely stay here!

Great stay, quick to downtown

We rented the entire house by booking the two listings. Lots of room for a large family. Cozy back yard with fire pit and outdoor seating. Had a great time!

Easy checkin - Good Group Space

Checkin process was very easy, and there was plenty of space for the whole group (12 people). Certain areas were a little dirty, but overall the space was clean and host made everything easy!

Irish on Ionia

There was 10 friends staying together and the space was perfect! We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The firepit was very cute. It was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms! We were very satisfied!

Great Hosts

Fantastic hosts and plenty of room for all 10 us that stayed for a music festival. We had a hiccup at the concert when we parked in a tow-away zone. Our hosts were concerned enough to let us stay past our check out time so that we could get our vehicles and even drove by to check on us. Matt and Wendy are great people. Thank you for the hospitality and for your concern for us!! We will definiely stay here again!!!!

Wedding party

Our recent stay was everything we expected. And more importantly Wendy was excellent about communicating to us and very responsive to any inquiries. I happened to be the “ house mother” mother of the groom for a group of groomsmen for my son’s wedding; and this place was perfect for our arrangement.

Quiet, overall nice indoor-outdoor space for a large group

Pluses: Serene backyard - big trees, super quiet!! Nice table for cards. Convenient parking. Bedrooms away from main space for privacy. Three full bathrooms!! Responsive hosts. Well-located. Easy check-in and out. Minuses: Not super clean for a place specifying no shoes or glitter. Great back patio but not swept or maintained. Not too attractive. No shampoo or bath soap, coffeemaker spits grounds - expected a little extra for the price. Over all: A nice gathering space for a large group. Well-located for local attractions and any basic shopping needs. Private and quiet!! We enjoyed ourselves!!

Duplex for rent

Some friends and I got together for a birthday celebration over the weekend. The place was comfortable for everyone, there was enough beds and bathrooms for the party. Everything was clean. My only negative is that this is an old farm house split down the middle and there are 2 rental units. We were unaware of this and it was a little unnerving driving up to see a bunch of guys on the porch. It ended up working great, but I would have liked to know beforehand.

Decent stay

The host was very responsive which is always nice but overall this seems a bit pricey for what you get. A group of five couples in our late 20s was able to stay here but it was a bit tight. The house would be better for a family rather than several couples because there’s one room with bunk beds and an extra twin bed. The house could use some maintenance: the toilet in the room with the bunk beds didn’t work properly so you had no manually flush it. The amenities were also scare: no shampoo or soap provided in showers and not even hand soap in all the bathrooms. I gave a lower cleanliness rating because we found a dead moth in one of the beds. Finally, location is ok but house is off a main road so there is some road noise at night
