Cheerful 3 bedroom residential home

Spacious home with plenty of room to sprawl out! Conveniently located near grocery stores and much more. Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to lake Michigan, and 20 minutes to Gun Lake Casino. The airport is just over 10 minutes away and only 5 minutes to Metro hospital. Our home is located on a peaceful residential cul-de-sac and close to many shopping centers and restaurants.

Lots of room 2 stories with a nice finished basement.One Bedroom on each floor. Bathroom upstairs and main floor. (3 Seperate floors).Great host, great amenities.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay. House was amazing, felt just like home. Yard was so nice I wanted to take that grass home with me!! Beautiful deck out back, and we spent lots of time outside. Love the well lit porch and driveway and how easy it was to walk into the garage, set our stuff down, take off your shoes, and then walk into the house. I’d live there every day if I could!

Very good experience...

Overall, this house fit our needs perfectly. We were willing to deal with the lack of beds for the size of our group and sleep on couches as needed, but there did seem to be a shortage of blankets to accomodate a larger group. That said, would still recommend this one...

Back home to GR

This home was perfect. Enjoyed our stay. We originally planned for 6 to stay but ended up with 5. Enough room for everyone. Nice neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. Host responded quickly to all questions. Would not hesitate to stay again when the opportunity comes again.

Needs some improvements

No access to the washer and dryer and some of the doors were locked ! TV was difficult to find stations w/o paying ! We could have used some basic items, like paper plates,Kleenex’s cups !

family gathering in Grand Rapids

We were attending a wedding in grand rapids for the weekend. We had 3 couples. We found the house to be clean and perfect for our needs on this trip. The 3 BDRS were sufficient and the main sitting area allowed us to get together for socializing. The kitchen had everything we needed.Top draws included the proximity to stores like Walmart, Kroger, Meijers etc which allowed us to pickup supplies for the weekend. We were within 5-7 miles from downtown Grand Rapids which was perfect as we spent most of our time there. Communication was great throughout the process and we would not hesitate to stay there again if we are in that area.

A place to call home away from home.

Plenty of gathering areas for friends and family. Great location for GR plans and quick road trip to Lake Michigan. Timely replies from property owner.

Golf trip to GR

All good - only a couple of issues: 1. a/c was very slow to bring the temp down 2. Wi-Fi kicked out multiple times 3. Hand railing to the basement needs to be more stable and reinforced for safety reasons.

Hometown visit.

Nice home neighborhood. We had seven staying and everyone was comfortable. The host was very accommodating and we had everything we needed. It was comfortable and centrally located to all the places we needed to go. We definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes up.

Sleeps 6 comfortable

Overall impression is good, the only thing is the sleeping arrangement, we came with 9, 6 could sleep in a bed , 3 had to sleep on a couch or air mattres and there was only a dining table for 4. Price is good for what you get
