This was a great place to stay when we came to town for a wedding. Most important things to us are clean sheets and towels!! The sheets and towels were clean! Thank you for a comfortable stay that met our needs.

The property was clean and well maintained, and everything was put together. However, considering the location, I was a bit surprised by the price. It felt higher than expected for the area and the house itself. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Perfect spot for a few days

The house is updated inside and has everything you need. Close to lots of restaurants, stores, grocery stores, and the highways.

Great Stay

Nice place with grocery stores within a mile drive. Only downside was how far it was from downtown GR, about a 20 min drive. No complaints about the property, love how secluded it still felt. Will consider booking again.

21st Birthday Trip

A very pretty house, located close to downtown Grand Rapids. Did not have to travel far for anything we needed. Only wish the house wasn't off a busy road.

Good location

Very clean property, Good location, and its close to many food options. There is a grocery store 2 miles away and you're within 20 minutes of Downtown GR. My family truly appreciated stay in your property. Thank you again.

Cozy little home

Clean, comfy, and close to everything we needed. Traveling with our teens, it was nice to have the basement area with an additional couch, tv, and bedroom. It was on a busy street but we had no issues. Fans and extra blankets were also provided.

Perfect home away from home

My stay in GR was for work, boss decided he wanted me on site for the month. Very easy to check in, the home was perfectly located and only 5 minutes from my job. The decor of the home was so cute and made me feel at home. Thank you. Maria

Rookie and convenient

What a great place to stay. Owner very helpful and house even roomier than it appears in the photos. Very convenient location to stores and highways. House has only one bathroom but it worked out fine even with 6 people. Extra towel racks would be useful. Highly recommend this place.

Great experience!

Charming small home. Only negative is the curb appeal and the front stoop. My 83 y/o mom was with us and had difficulty with the stairs. Guests upstairs complained of road noise but I was in the basement with my son and it was very quiet down there. I’d stay again!

Getaway

Very clean house. Step outside front door is a little high for us seniors. But everything else is fantastic. I liked the fact there was a lot of different channels on the tv. Jay answers you right away that is an absolute plus. Its in a perfect location for any store or restaurant you want. I would definitely stay again.

Big backyard, handy kitchen, nice amenities. Windows wouldn’t open, too much noise from traffic, too light in the master bedroom (shades didn’t cover) the ceiling leaks in the master bedroom when it rains hard (right over the bed) the spare bedroom has a big dip in the mattresses & skimpy pillows.

Although the location made it easy to get to things it is on a busy street and traffic noise did not suite me since I am a light sleeper.

Overall nice place

The location was good. Easy access to highways, and stores. Very clean and updated. One issue was the lack of quality mattress in front bedroom so we had to rearrange beds between both rooms to be able to sleep comfortably. A thicker mattress like motels have would have been better. Some nights the traffic was a bit loud but not all the time. We enjoyed the rest of the conveniences especially the air conditioning.

Tour of Grand Rapids Breweries

Place was easy to find. Address right to location. Roomy and just perfect for what we needed it for. We did not cook at home, but did use coffee maker. Beds were a little hard, but we did ok. You can hear traffic, fire truck traffic often. Walls seem a little thin. Not enough comfortable seating in living room, but we managed. Was great distance from downtown and we had no problem getting where we needed to go. Thank you for letting us stay while spending time with family and make memories!

Supper Clean

This property is very clean. That being said it seams to be in need of some repairs/updates. Felt a little beat up. Main issue was the beds. The master bedroom bed was completely broken in the middle. The spare room felt very worn down. We stayed for a quick weekend getaway so two nights on the beds were tolerable. I would like to appraise the property owner on the cleanliness of the property. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do and see, but it is on the main road. Traffic wasn’t too bad so not really an issue for us.
