The house was in nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and it had everything we needed. The communication with the host was easy and timely and they let us check in a few hours early to accommodate an early arrival.

The property exceeded the needs of our group. The children had toys and puzzles. My youngest grandchild (six) said the best part of his vacation was the hot tub! John was extremely easy to communicate with, and our needs were promptly met.

It has a swim spa. Not a heated pool ! The cover was in very bad condition. We lost power in the kitchen outlets. I believe it was from the Kuiric coffee maker or a bad connection? The rest of the stay was awesome the beds were all great plenty of room and seating for our group. Thank you. Very much. Dave

Not for anyone who has trouble with steps . The handrails don't go all the way upstairs. The living room furniture is too low.

This review is misleading. The handrails do extend all the way upstairs; if the guest means she would have preferred them to continue farther onto the landing, that is simply a personal preference, not a missing safety feature. The living room also has standard, full-size, plush sofas—not unusually low furniture. The home and its layout are accurately shown in the listing photos so guests can determine whether the property is appropriate for their needs before booking.

Very nice house. Loved our stay. Don’t be deceived though, they don’t have a pool. It’s a bigger hot tub. Enjoyed our stay very much. The red rocks concert was great and very convenient to go there.

Marci, were glad you enjoyed your stay. To clarify, the pool/spa desighned by Endless Pools is a heated pool considerably larger and deeper than a large hot tub and is designed for swimming and family fun.

Perfect venue for my family to stay! Had a little time there, but enjoyed it while we were thereSon’s wedding took us away from our house here and then explored Colorado as best we could during off times! We were comfortable and warm throughout our stay. The views were awesome to say the least. We are happy to be able to hang out on the outside deck our first day there. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy the outside pool area! Maybe next time

Clean modern sharp open floor plan with excellent overall layout . Great bedding beds and mattresses. Enjoyable to spend time in this home in between outings bc of the bright open uplifting layout and great amenities . Double 5 star

Beautiful home!

The house is very clean and has a ton of space. Location is close to Denver and we also traveled to Boulder which wasn’t far. We did a day trip to Colorado Springs to see Garden of the Gods. Red Rocks was not a far drive and we swam at Bear Creek Lake one day. The neighborhood was quiet and we used the Apex Sports Center which was a 5 minute drive. Would recommend!!!

Beautiful Home

This home is wonderful! It was great for a large group! The main floor is very open with a good kitchen space. It was easy to get to the Colorado Mills Mall, but we didn’t go out much more than that, except to the spa pool right outside. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Communicate with the owner was easy too. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Experience

I rented this house prior to my wedding as a space to get ready with my girls and enjoy time with friends. The house was immaculate and could not have worked better for our intended purpose. It photographed beautifully, had more than enough room for my friends and family, and the hosts were exceptional. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone considering it!

Location, accommodations, cleanliness ALWAYS meet my expectations.I’m sending a picture of a baluster mount that has become detached from wall. Not sure if my crew did this damage (because I forgot to ask) or this was previous to their stay. If this was damaged during our stay, please let me know so I can cover the expense to repair it.

Contractor Rewards Trip - Rockies, Golf, Red Rocks

Every aspect of this property was as advertised. Location was perfect, number of bedrooms & bathrooms supported our needs perfectly. Ultimately, clean is critical and this property was Immaculate and had all the amenities needed. The check-in process / policies & procedure Conversation occurred later than I was comfortable with (10:30pm night before actual check-in). If this was a personal use VRBO, it would have been acceptable. In this case it was a group of my valuable customers and the check-in policy was a bit late for my comfort. MINOR overall concern in comparison to all of the positives of this property. Thank you John Weitz. I appreciate it…..
