This an excellent choice, a great value for the cost and an ideal place to be with family and friends. Please do take good care of it!
The location of this property is just ideal. That was the very first characteristic we looked for and it was even better than we expected. Itâs so simple to walk to a beach (passes provided at property). It saves you from the need to drive and park!
Nearby there are countless things to walk to, Saltyâs, Dellâs Lemonade, Weekapaug overlook, Weekapaug Inn, the beaches. Up the main beach drive is a drive inn movie theater!
The property itself is just ideal for groups of varied ages and interests. Some can sit on the dock and enjoy the view of the breach water constantly changing directions during the day of tides. Some can play PacMan on the upstairs arcade! Some can cook on the Viking range. Some can watch a movie in the AC. Itâs just so large and open and with differentiating environments itâs perfect.
The WiFi works well!
The upstairs balcony has a great view of the salt ponds.
The property was clean, and the owner and family are not only accessible, they go above and beyond to quickly respond to all questions and needs. You can have your privacy but if you have any need at all they are very near by to help.
Iâve traveled much of the world and this is one of the top properties Iâve experienced in cleanliness, accessibility, owner care, location and flexibility.
