SUMMER 2026 CALENDAR OPENS JAN 5 ! Finest location-Nestled between Watch Hill and Weekapaug with Misquamicut attractions! Wonderful beach across the street, and salt pond with oyster farms behind house for excellent kayaking! Easy walk to Comforti Pavilion Swimming Beach (food, bathrooms, lifeguards, showers) use our beach cart! Or use our parking pass if you need to drive instead. Dusty's Dairy Bar, the WindJammer, mini golf, go carts, arcade, souvenirs- walk or bike to food, entertainment, shops! It's all right here! Everything else is just moments away by car, but who would want to leave? Our house has just finished a major interior renovation. Quiet mini split ACs throughout! High Speed internet, streaming TV apps. Lower level play area with pool table and ping pong. You will love the views, nature, and memories at this house! We sure do! If you are arriving by AIR and not AUTO, check with Host regarding adding linens and towels which are not provided.

Fantastic property in Westetly

Had a fantastic stay in Westerly. The location is fantastic convenient to the beach and nearby bar and restaurant. Beautifully updated cottage with plenty of space and a great view of the salt pond. Highly highly recommended.

Our Stay in Misquamicut

Plenty of space for the 6 of us and very well equipped with everything we needed. Super short stroll to the beach and restaurants. Gorgeous views of the salt pond and sunsets. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful Property

This is my second year in a row staying here. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Centrally located. Private beach across the street was so nice. Within walking distance to beaches, shops, and food :). Would love to stay again next year!

RI Beach House - best stay ever!!

This house was aces from top to bottom. Spotlessly clean, effortless check in. Easy walk to shops and beaches, but quiet and private. Loved the back deck overlooking the peaceful salt marsh and watching the sunsets was our favorite event every day! Comfy beds, well furnished kitchen, great Wifi, bonus game room downstairs. Quick drive to Watch Hill - just perfect in every way!!!

Nice and Spacious

Loved the house and location. The kitchen needed a larger cheese grater and a lemon squeezer. But all in all an awesome house!!! I would probably rent there again!

Great getaway

What a great place! The house is right across the street from the beach. A beautiful home with a fully appointed kitchen and four nice bedrooms. The view of the pond on the back deck is filled with bird life, fishermen and windsurfers. It was a very clean place and when we had a small issue it got resolved by host reaching out. We walked, we enjoyed the beach and had perfect weather. I recommend this lovely property.

Stay here!

Our family really loved staying here for a various of reasons. First off the home is beautiful and clean, the front and back decks offer beautiful views of the ocean and salt water pond. Huge outdoor shower which makes it so easy when you come back from the beach. Game changer was how close we were to the beach. You can use the beach access but we would just walk up the sidewalk and it took about 2-5 mins to get there. Easy to get to around to restaurants and shops. Hoping we can stay here next summer

Great location

The house had a great location and the living area was very well organized and clean. Mostly everything was brand new. ACs worked great. Communication with home owner could not have been better. The game room in the garage was almost not usable as it was very dirty. Outdoor shower area very dirty as well. Overall a great stay and I would recommend this property.

Great Location

This home was clean, bight and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, beach, Newport and all other points that interested us. Having to bring our own sheets and towels was a bit inconvenient and the internet connection was awful. It was difficult to connect on a laptop and it was impossible to watch anything on TV. At the end of the day we wanted to relax and watch a movie but the bandwidth just didn't allow.
