Spacious Barndominium with river view and steps from State Park

Beautiful 4500 sqft barndiminium centrally located between Clayton and Cape Vincent. Just steps away from the St. Lawrence river as well as all the amenities of Cedar Point State Park, including sand beach, marina, boat launch and newly renovated playground. House has two full kitchens, one on each level. Lower kitchen is adjacent to 2400 sqft entertaining area with flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, and large screened opening to spacious back yard. Second level has two master suites with attached full baths, dining area, laundry, living room with gas fireplace and flatscreen tv. Living room also contains two additional couches with pull out queen beds. Central heating, air conditioning, WiFi, and cable also included.

A great stay for us. We had wonderful room to prep for a family wedding. Our young ones thoroughly enjoyed the air hockey and pool tables. The double kitchens were a blessing with all the wedding extras that needed refrigeration. The kids also enjoyed the swimming at Cedar Point State Park. It was just the right distance to Clayton where the wedding venue was. A very good choice!

My daughter got married in Clayton. We used the barndominium for my husband and I and my daughter and her maid of honor to stay the night before her wedding. The place was beautiful and clean. It was the perfect place for her bridal party to get ready the day of the wedding. Thank you.

Barndominium was a great place for my group of guys to get ready for my wedding. It was very clean. Amazing place with awesome features to keep us busy and entertained our whole stay. The communication with the host was amazing. They let us check in earlier than what was originally allowed. Amazing experience. Would love to go back.

Fishing Getaway

We love this property, 2nd stay with many more in the future. Perfect location for fisherman, and families with kids, as there is a boatramp, beach, and playground in the park nextdoor. The property owner welcomed us with a greeting and introduction both stays. The neighbors invited us to watch the fireworks show from his property on the water, on 4th of July. Home is clean and well equiped for what we needed. Its a must stay!

Very nice place!

The home was clean and well updated. Owner was friendly, attentive, and prompt to greet us upon arrival, and with issues within the space. Parking spacious enough for our 2 vehicles and a boat to maneuver freely. Quiet area, close proximity to beach, playground, and boat ramps! Entertainment area downstairs with indoor boat parking very convenient! Within +/-10 minutes to great food and shopping. Throughoughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Best place ever!

This property was exactly as described and then some. The place was super spacious and accommodating. The host came over the first night to introduce herself and check to see if we needed anything. The distance to the water was about a 4 minute walk. A bunch of places to swim, fish, kayak and watch the beautiful sunset. The distance to both Clayton and Cape Vincent was about 15 minutes. Abay about 25 minutes. Highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back.
