Listen to the waves crash! You are that close to the beach. Plenty of outdoor space for your family vacation, and great privacy if you are traveling with extended family or friends.
This home features five bedrooms and three baths. There is one primary suite on the top floor which also has a private deck with glimpses of the ocean. The main floor has a kitchen and dining area, two seating areas for watching TV or relaxing, a beautiful screened porch, two bedrooms and one full bathroom.
Your lower level will be vacation central with access to the outdoor patio and grill area adjacent to a kitchenette and rec room. There are also two bedrooms and a third full bathroom with laundry on the lower level.
There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space yet still spend time together.

There are window unit air conditioners in the bedrooms and a wall unit in family/living area. This property is conveniently located in the heart of Sand Hill Cove. 1/4 mile to Roger Wheeler State Beach, and close to Point Judith, Galilee, Block Island Ferry, Narragansett Pier, Iggy’s, mini-golf, and all that a southern RI vacation has to offer. Family beach house

Very nice beach house, easy walk to Roger wheeler beach, can accommodate a large family/group of guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints!

Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 9, two adult children, their spouses and three grandchildren under the age of 4 felt this house worked really well for everyone. The 10 minute walk to the beach was easy, the back yard and toys from the shed were so much fun and the multiple hang out spaces in the house gave us lots of space to spread out. The neighborhood was quiet and the top deck has a great view of the sunset.

The property was wonderful for our multi generational family. Plenty of room for the grandchildren with a beautiful back yard. The location was also great, walking distance to a family friendly beach. The screen- in porch was another plus.

Cute house with cottagy feel

23 Willow Avenue was a very cute house with a beachy vibe. The shed was well stocked with everything needed for the beach and there was even a bonus of bikes and helmets along with a portable fire pit.

Perfect Property

I was beyond impressed by this home and property. Very clean. Very well accommodated. Plenty of room at both the main level dining room table as well as the lower level patio table for dining in. So much room everwhere! Furniture was comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. Three bathrooms were a big plus. As was the lower level kitchenette. Made grilling so much easier. Lots of beach gear and several bicycles in the shed. Very close to Roger Wheeler Beach. The place definitely did not disappoint. We had absolutely no complaints. 12/10 would rent again.

Just what we needed

Our rental experience was lovely from pre check in to checkout! The property is lovely and a very pleasant distance walk to the beach. Highly recommend taking a day trip to block island as that held all our favorite activities!
