The home is lovely. Perfect for a large group stay. Our family of 12 was very comfortable. Upon arrival, the house was very clean, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed watching beautiful sunsets from the balcony deck. Walk to the beach was easy. As other reviewers have noted, there are many stairs. If you have walking toddlers, be sure to bring at least one gate for the main living area which is on the third level. The width of the opening is larger than a standard staircase, so you will need a gate that spans a large width.

Great house in a great location. We loved the front porch. Yard big enough for playing games like corn hole and for the kids to run around. Not a busy street. Walking distance to beach and Aunt Carries!

Beautiful home!

We’ve been renting houses in Narragansett for over 10 years, and this was one of the nicest. It was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities you need for a beach house! The location is perfect, too. Easy to get to the beaches and restaurants. The owners were so easy to work with, and friendly!

Beautiful large home near beach

Very nice home that comfortably fit our family. We calculated it as an 8 minute walk to the beach. We loved hanging out on the big top porch and having dinner out there most nights. Great open floor concept. Beautiful kitchen. Our only issue with the stay was there were no sheets or towels which wasn't disclosed in the listing. We had to run out and buy these items as we did not know we needed to provide our own, which was inconvenient and an additional expense. Outside of this, it was a great stay and I would recommend Alan's place.

Great week at this house

Perfect location for our family of adults and 3 babies. Close to the beach to go back and forth during the day for naps. House well equipped for cooking and enjoying family time. Great space. Bring baby gates if you have little ones. Lots of stairs. Can’t wait to stay here next year!!

This house worked perfectly for my family. Everyone had their own space,. The common areas were also spacious enough for our group. The walk to the beach was easy. We had all the essentials that we needed.

Spacious and relaxing

This property was large enough to accommodate our large group both inside and out. It is well appointed. The kitchen has everything you would need to make family meals. Very clean and the furniture is comfortable. We would walk to the beach at least twice a day because it is so close. Bring gates if you have small children. There are a lot of stairs. Parking is more than ample. Owners are great about getting back to you. Will definitely rent again. A truly lovely place to spend time!

Perfect in every way

Responsive owner, Close walk to the beach even with young children and lots of beach essentials, Spacious enough for 4 families with children ranging from toddler to teenagers, great outside space to play games and watch outdoor movies on a projector, not to mention the extremely nice neighbors! A great house

This house met our needs and we look forward to returning. Our top priorities were: a house within walking distance to the beach, lots of space for our large family, clean and well kept, and queen size beds - all of which were met! A previous review wisely suggested a gate for toddlers, which was great advice for the stairs.
