Private pool and spa, no rear neighbors…. Pool and spa can be heated for $30/day (contact us in advance to arrange heating). Please note, the jacuzzi and pool heat are connected, and the jacuzzi will not heat without adding pool/spa heat. The pool temperature will usually be similar to the evening temperature outside.
Community pool and hot tub are free to use at the clubhouse and are heated year round
