The condition of this home was far below standards. The carpet was severely stained throughout the home. The master had a bad order assuming this was coming from the carpet. The carpet obviously had not been cleaned anytime recent. The walls had discoloration from touch ups. One toilet was cracked and would run the whole time. There was no spices in the home except minimal amounts of salt and pepper. There was one paper towel roll and minimal rolls of toilet paper. We have stayed numerous places and this was not acceptable. I am not sure who left these good ratings. The pictures are a false representation of this property! I do not recommend staying here!

Everything was great. Big house, nice rooms. Kids loved the pool and theater room. Everything looks as pictured. Hot tub takes about an hour to heat up, once we knew that we just turned the jets on ahead of time so it would be heated when we were ready to use it. The main pool area was great too, with good drinks and a nice little water park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Very well kept. Only issue was no hot water for hot tub and master bath shower didn’t have hot water.Other than that, great stay and host was responsive to any questions. And very quickly.

Amazing Family Vacation

We have stayed at other homes in Champions Gate and this one is by far the cleanest! The kitchen was well stocked and had everytging we needed no matter what we decided to cook. The pool and movie room were highlights for the kids. Plenty of bathroom and pool towels. We are looking forward to staying in this house again!

Great stay for family getaway

The house was spacious with a heated pool and jacuzzi, which the whole family enjoyed. This is in a nice gated community and about 30 minutes away from disneyworld. The host was great in communication! A few times, we couldn’t get hot water or the toilet to flush, but the host sent us instructions on how to adjust the valve to get everything going in a quick and timely manner. The kitchen could use more pots and the HOA community trash pick up didn’t end up coming on our last day. But other than that, I would definitely consider staying again! Thank you!

House had everything we needed!

First off the I have always paid for pool heat at other properties and still the water is too cold to swim. Pool heat was included and the water temperature was perfect especially for Dec/Jan temperatures. I was super happy with this alone. The house had everything we needed! Pool towels, extra blankets, dish tabs, trash bags, salt and pepper. Just everyday basics other properties do not have! The movie room was my favorite! Spent the majority of my time watching movies and relaxing! Beds were also very comfortable. Super happy with our stay!

Over all beautiful home with so many accommodations. Jonathan is so easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The home is very clean and my family and I enjoyed the pool so much. Our 5 night stay was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much. Everything we needed was right there.

Son's graduation stay

We booked our stay for our son's graduation trip. the property was as expected, however I would not recommend wasting money on the travel insurance. We purchased it not sure if our son's final make up testing would be during the 1st few days of our reservation, with the insurance it would be something that would be covered. However, when we went to get a refund for the dates and hope for cooperation, we were denied and told we would need crazy paperwork from my son's school, as well as a cilabus. being that this was make up testing there was no cilabus. We were forced to keep our stay and have our son stay home for the few days he had testing and join us on the weekend. Communication took quite a bit of time since the host does not live local. Host was polite, however also unwilling to accommodate us for our circumstance. Over all it was a nice stay, but wish it was as we intended it to be.
