Welcome to our charming two-bedroom cottage in the picturesque village of Kingswear, Devon, where you'll be captivated by the stunning, far-reaching views across the River Dart to the vibrant town of Dartmouth. For a unique experience, take advantage of the boat service running from Kingswear to Dartmouth, ensuring you can explore the area with ease, even until 22:45 each day.

Lovely stay in Kingswear - be aware very steep steps to property. View is amazing. Couple of great pubs in Kingswear and easy to nip over to Dartmouth on the lower ferry.

Lovely place with a superb view

We had a nice stay in this apartment. Be aware of the very steep over 80 steps. A lot of exercise with your luggage. Nice pubs in the vicinity and the ferry to Dartmouth is at short distance.

A room with a view!

This is a perfect little place to spend some time with what can only be described as one of the best views in the country. Watching the river wake up each morning and the twinkling of Dartmouth at night with a sound track of tawny owls and the toot of a steam train, this is a holiday for the senses. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the location is well serviced. Worth the little walk to park your car up the hill and not have to pay a penny and if your legs can take it the walk to Mill Bay Cove is wonderful. Thanks Bradley for sharing the cottage with us!

Beautiful location but tired cottage

The views are stunning from this cottage. The beds are comfortable but the cottage it tired. It was very cold when we were staying and with only 2 electric heaters at the top and bottom of the stairs, that would go off if there was even a draught, it was a chilly cottage. No heating in the bedrooms or the kitchen. The cooker was difficult to use as being old all the markings had worn off.
