We were only there for a couple of days, but the internet/wifi connection was not up to par. The best reception was in the living room, there were multiple cracks throughout the home, the floors were not level, doors were sticking and the master bathroom had a moldy smell. I assume it was okay for a couple days stay, but I wouldn't have wanted to have an extended stay here. With some updates and better internet, this would be a perfect vacation rental.

The House was at a perfect location close to SeaWorld and restaurants. The only negative things I have is the house can host a large family but the kitchen doesn't have many dishes or pots to use nor pillowcases and towels. cue sticks needs replacing in order to use the pool table.Beautiful house, it's a shame that it has large cracks on walls and master room door doesn't close the master bath does have a slight cigarette odor all things are very minor. We would definitely stay there again.

Host was wonderful and communicated well and was very responsive. Home is continently located near everything! 15-30 min travel time. Home was spacious for 7 . Coffee was provided and extra towels in the laundry room. I honestly hate to say anything negative and what negative experiences we had were made up for by the host. Home is was not as clean as I expected and could be a bit noisy at night compared to our little coastal town in Ga.. AGAIN, the host was wonderful and apologetic and I was able to overlook what cleaning person lacked.

House is as shown in pictures but needs upkeep.Pool table is not level. Foosball table needs all bolts tightened ( it cannot be played in current condition ).Host needs to provide more towels ( only provided 1 hand towel in each of the 2 upstairs bathrooms ). Toilet paper roll holder in master bedroom need to be tightened ( falls apart if touched ) plus hand towel rack in other bath needs to be tightened. Drain cap needed in bathtub.Light bulb in Refrigerator is needed, and a few bulbs need to be replaced in almost all rooms. 1st floor bath sink top is loose. Major Safety Issue: 2 supports at the top of the banister are broken. Upstairs shower glass appears to need repair ( has 2 pieces of green tape on outer corner ).Cleanliness Mark: FAIR --The rug under the pool table needs to be vacuumed ( Dead bugs are on in the middle of the rug under the pool table !! ). Seat cushions of the Livingroom sofa need to be pulled off and cleaned ( sofa has spots and mild stains ).the yellow throw pillows need to be cleaned or replacedRest of house was clean.Lastly, the home has foundation issues ( house is sinking ). Interior doors need to be pulled off hinges and trimmed so they can be shut. Front door deadbolt needs metal bracket. Large Cracks in the walls need to be filled ( bugs can enter through these cracks ).

HOUSE OF CARDS

First, the pictures that are listed online are clearly from a period when the house was first purchased verses recent pictures (Reason: pictures on the listing show no visible cracks in the wall. However, when you step into the house, there are visible cracks on every wall). There was a crack so big on the wall when you enter the kitchen that my pinky finger fit in with no problem. Clear evidence of foundation shifting was the floors were slanting to the side. The floors were not clean. Literally our white socks were black from walking on the floors. We physically had to clean the tables and bench. Countertops had to be clean. The oven was a mess, I could not trust using it. The doorknobs were falling off doors as though no one was assembling them properly. The water in the main bathroom upstairs ran slowly to where you are standing in a puddle of water. Upstairs railing was dangerously loose. Most of the doors did not shut all the way. Kitchen patio door had no blinds, so we were exposed to anybody and everybody to see. One of pool table sticks was damaged to where my child got cut. WFI/Internet did not work as advertised, so I had to reach out to host for them to contact cable company to have restored. Hosts did not have air conditioning turned down low enough to cool the house knowing there was a heat advisory that day. So, it took forever to cool the house down. Also, the blinds look like no one has cleaned them from the day they were installed. The overall

Not a good stay

I would not reccomend My family and I actually left early. Very loud neighborhood with car alarms going off all night.NOT CLEAN Master bathroom bathtub didn’t work. None of the doors shut or lock.No reply back from host

San Antonio Visit

I stayed here with three other friends while we were in town for the NCAA tournament. We all needed to work while we were there so it was a perfect setup. Used all 4 bedrooms. Very spacious and very clean. Location was great. Only concern was the cracks in the walls, but everything worked great.

Air Force Basic Training Retreat

We had a great stay in San Antonio for my son’s Basic Training graduation. The property is about 15 minutes from the base in moderate traffic, which really helped us make good use of our limited time! The property is also super spacious when compared to other options, and it was nice to not be on top of each other all the time.While there were some minor issues with the property while we were there, Grant was consistently responsive and helpful.

Roomy, Fun, close to the base

This place had lots of room for 8 of us that came to my son's Air Force Graduation. It's 15 minutes from the base and easy to get to get in and out. The big screen TV as well as Pool Table and Foosball table was awesome. The owner was responsive and process was easy. The negative would be the neighborhood feels sketchy and the outside of the place is not kept up very well. The house has a huge structure crack both outside and inside but that honestly didn't bother me. Overall it was a good experience.
