Top floor unit overlooking Naples Bay, Naples Sailing & Yacht Club.
If sunrises and sunsets are what you're looking for, look no further; this is it.
Walk to Tin City and shops/restaurants on Fifth Avenue. Tastefully decorated and updated unit with proven track record. One bedroom, w/ 2 queen beds; updated kitchen, cable tv/internet.
Sit on lanai, watch for hours!
Coffee , vino, or your choice; you will not want to leave the lanai.
No better view in Naples!

Host is a new owner as of March, 2022 . Unit has a proven track record with prior owner.

Please note that all rentals must be within one month: no monthly overlapping rental periods.
A 14 day minimum rental for July, August and September.

From October through January, 24, a 28 day minimum rental period is required.

Toronto to Sunshine

Condo was very clean and effecient. Weather was perfect. The pool area is very lively, well maintained. The downtown and beach were as fabulous as ever.

Great Place

This is a great complex to stay in. The place was nice, great pool, and nice people. The location is perfect with easy access to 5th Ave. Definitely would stay again.

Great View Great Location!

We sold our house, but wanted to stay in Naples. We stayed 15 nights. The view from the lanai looks down the Gordon River. We love the water! We could walk to Tin City and 5th Ave. We could not have found a better location to enjoy our last two weeks before we headed North. Also, the Condo was very well stock which made our stay very convenient.

Location, location, wonderful site, great view of marina, pool area, and easy walk to 5th avenue.

Well kept property, many visits to beach and restaurants nearby. Nice social group at condo. Thanks David for another great vacation.

Amazing View

Great view and location the pictures don’t do it justice! Condo was very clean and the pool area is very nice and relaxing. Will stay again next time we are in Naples :)

Awesome condo

The condo was really lovely. It has an awesome view of the Gordon River. Beau Mer is a great community with very friendly people. It is an easy walk to 5th Avenue & many restaurants. The beaches are very close also. It’s a really nice place to stay. David was available at all times & a very accommodating owner. Looking forward to coming back.

Naples April 2024

We have been renting in Naples for15+ years. This unit was one of the best. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. David was very quick to respond when we had questions. As advertised the view and set up of the lanai was relaxing.

Many Sunsets

The unit was very well appointed. Location was perfect and we backed on to the yhactt club. The social events were lots of fun and of course the downtown shopping and restaurants. We had constant communication with David and we felt very welcomed. We will be back next year. Thanks David

Murphy’s Law

I had to chuckle as my star ratings and title of my review that I submitted a few days ago were reflected, but not my comments! So again, Murphy’s Law. As a previous tenant stated the complex is updating lanais and of course ours was started the morning after we arrived. Electricians, hurricane shutter installers, inspectors, etc. were in/out a lot as 1 inspector made them change everything. We also had issues with the ice maker (just bought bagged ice), the garbage disposal, sink drains and dishwasher. David had a plumber come and remove the garbage disposal and replumb the drain lines under the kitchen sink. That took care of the problems. Not sure if when the electricians were in flipping breakers that it caused an oven malfunction, but David was great again and called in a repairman. A new oven is being delivered next week. We only used the microwave and burners. We had wonderful communication with David and he was great and compensated us for the hassles. We enjoy being up higher and overlooking water. The complex is older, but walking distance to everything “Naples”.

Water everywhere

The views from the little lanai were great. Naples Bay and Gordon Pass were the views, so there was lots of action. Nice, swimming pool. All in all a pleasant experience. The complex is updating all the lanais, some folks are glassing them in which I would never do as I like the fresh air. The updating process is sort of a nuisance.
