Remodeled 2/2 + Bonus Rm Condo - Waterfront in Downtown Naples - Covered Parking

Remodeled in 2022, with floor to ceiling windows, new floors, new downstairs bathroom, and plantation shutters. Our two story condominium is a townhouse style property, with designated undercover parking, directly in front of first floor entrance. First floor has one bedroom and one bath, with a spiral staircase leading to main living area on second floor. Second floor is also accessible by staircase and elevator, that are right next to the unit. Second floor has fully equipped updated kitchen, living room, master and guest bedroom, with a full bath. Both floors have floor to ceiling windows overlooking marina. Living room has a brand new 70" 4K LED Samsung Smart TV. New dinning room table and chairs in July of 2024. Access to the community pool, hot tub, and BBQ area directly across from unit. Washer/Dryer are down the hall on second floor. The unit comes with new his and hers bikes for you to enjoy, as well as a paddleboard. Connect to the provided Bluetooth speaker, and enjoy some music and a cocktail, while overlooking the marina. Then take a stroll (or a VERY short drive) to Tin City, Bayfront of Naples or Fifth Avenue restaurants and shops. Beautiful Naples' beaches are just 1.2 miles away. Upon your arrival, you will find some welcome snacks, bottled water, coffee and creamer, as well as toiletries, so no need to rush out that first day for supplies. Just get settled and enjoy. Owner has a 2021, 19 Foot Pontoon Boat directly behind the unit. It can be rented through the Boatsetter App. Be your own captain, and enjoy Naples Bay and beautiful gulf sunsets. The City of Naples allows 3 weekly rentals per year. Please contact us if you are looking to rent less than 30 days to check availability. 10% discount will be applied to entire season rentals.

Our stay here was terrific. Octavio could not have been more accomodating. The location was great for walking downtown or a nice bike ride thru Old Naples. We totally would stay here again.

Week long getaway in Naples, Florida

This condo was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The unit had great water views and was well positioned near the elevator and across from the pool/hot tub. We were two couples and the bedroom/bathroom design upstairs/downstairs gave us lots of privacy.

This condo was the best stocked home that we have ever stayed in! Every detail was tended to. It was extremely clean and comfortable. They were very easy to communicate with and even told us when the condo was ready so we could check in early. We so enjoyed our stay in this home! The view is amazing!

Wonderful stay with views of the marina!

Great condo in a wonderful location! We walked to 5th avenue many times! Used their bikes to go for a long ride all over Naples! Octavio is wonderful to work with. We even rented his boat one day! Highly recommend it!!

Amazing Stay

Excellent communication with owner! We had no problems but the owner was reachable if needed. The townhouse was as comfortable as being in our own home. Everything you needed was provided. The view was so relaxing and made the inside space seem open and welcoming. We would definitely consider vacationing here again. The location was perfect for us. Lots to see & do. We enjoyed our time but after talking with other owners and renters at Beaumer we were told the cost was extremely high. Owner was very gracious and helpful. We would be interested in two 1 bedroom condos there for March 2025

Being a 3/2, it can accommodate two couples comfortably, or allows couples to invite their kids and grandkids, etc. If you are okay with a one bedroom, then of course, the price will be lower.

Fantastic property, wonderful stay

We couldn’t have been happier choosing this property. The condo was nicely updated, with modern finishes and amenities. The lower level had its own bedroom and bathroom which provided a private retreat where each guest felt like they had their own space. The condo was spotless, provided all the conveniences of home but with an hotel feel. It had a laid back, beach vibe. The kitchen was well stocked, having everything we needed and then some. The property offered 2 bikes, a paddleboard, beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo is in the perfect location, close to downtown, Tin City, and beaches. The checkin/checkout process was seamless. Octavio was responsive and answered any questions we had. He was a great host. We will definitely book this property again. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect location convenient to Tin City, 5th Ave and 3rd street. All are a walk or fun bicycle ride (provided) from the condo. Had fun. Great experience. Well appointed!

Excellent location!

We loved the central location of this condo unit! Walk right out to pool and grill and bay overlook! And so close to great restaurants. The owner gets a 6 star rating out of 5 stars. We broke a few items but he was very understanding and quick to fix any issues with unit and very responsive. Cleaning (floors esp) could have been more thoroughly swept and mopping would have greatly helped. The condominiums were overall good as far as maintenance and the pool was wonderful! Reasonably priced for area.

Stayed 10 days in this well-appointed, comfortable, two-level condo, which was walking distance (about 10 minutes) to 5th Ave, downtown Naples. Really enjoyed it.

Prior to purchasing this unit, we rented several units through VRBO. Therefore, we know how important it is for a property to be clean and comfortable. Since this is our vacation home, we make sure to keep it in great condition, with all the comforts of home. We know how important vacations are to families, so we will do our best to make your stay as wonderful as possible.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The best thing about this unit is the location. The complex is actually located on a small island, so you are surrounded by water, with very little vehicle traffic. The Naples Trolley Tour actually has a stop on the island, about a three minute walk from the unit. Visit www.naplestroleytours.com to see all the stops. When you leave the island, if you cross the bridge to the North, you have Tin City to your left, and the Bayfront of Naples to your right. Both places have several waterside restaurants and shops. There is actually an underpass, which goes under the bridge, and connects both shopping/dining districts. At either location, you can rent boats, bikes, kayaks, or arrange for a Segway tour or sightseeing cruise. Visit www.effs.us or www.bayfrontrentalsnaples.com. Just a block northwest of Tin City, starts the famous Fifth Avenue Shops, with many more fine shops and restaurants. If you take Fifth Avenue west for one mile, you will reach the beautiful Naples beaches. If you are more into shopping or have had too much sun, the Miromar Outlet shops are less than a half hour away.
