4308 Altitude Adjustment - Walk to Sledding Hill

Cozy up and get out of the cold at our homey “Snow day Shelter”. You can find this intimate little home at the Pinnacle Inn, situated on the 3rd floor of an apartment style building of the resort. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a little time away as you can utilize all the amenities of the resort including: a heated pool, wet and dry saunas, a hot tub, a gaming area and a gym. If you’re looking for a more adventurous stay, try skiing, hiking, visiting the Sky Bar at the top of the slopes, or simply enjoying the views. The resort also has many outdoor activities in the summer and spring months including tennis courts and a new play area for children close by. The unit itself includes a queen size platform bed, a cozy living room with an electric log fireplace, a small kitchen fully stocked with appliances, a bathroom perfect for freshening up, a washer and dryer, and free high-speed internet. We would love to have you as our guests at our little “Snow day Shelter” when you are visiting in the snowy months!

This was a perfect place for a one night stay before hiking Grandfather mountain the next morning! The host was amazing and responded very quickly! We loved it and would totally come back!

Cute little condo for stay at Beech Mountain

Everything was great, besides the heating in the condo. Was freezing in the condo when we arrived. There was an electric space heater and electric fireplace stove to heat the condo. The thermostats in the condo do not work. We turned the heaters up and then woke up sweating. Otherwise everything else was good.

Small but cute

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is a very small space, but was efficient and clean. We enjoyed the little fireplace. The main problem we had was there was no running water when we got there. Luckily my husband found the valve to turn the water on. Also, it was up 4 flights of stairs, so keep that in mind.

Reviewer Comments: The check-in instructions were great, the agency is in an easy to navigate location (with great parking).The unit was on the top floor, but it gave us an incredible view. The unit was clean, and cozy. The location was minutes away from great food and the Beech Mountain gondola (go before 4:30 pm to hear great music and see dusk on the mountain top..The amenities were great: the hot tub, the pool was warm, the steam room room was awesome. A lifeguard is not on duty, but there are security cameras everywhere. The pool house also has games and a snack machine.We will absolutely stay again!

The studio was perfect for what we needed and that was a place close to the mountain. Had all the necessary stuff and everything worked perfectly.

Cozy place!

We enjoyed our stay for a ski weekend, however we were unable to enjoy the pull out couch. it seemed the cleaners missed that portion with food on the mattress of the couch and used paper towels. otherwise everything was great no k cups or coffee so bring your own. devices are available for use though

Hunting cabin modernized.

A beautiful view and great place to stay. Very cozy home and town surrounding it. Really needed a week end off and this ended up being a great place for that. Snow chains are needed when it’s snowing if you don’t have awd or 4 wd.

Nice property, great views, terrible television reception

The check in, room and property were awesome, we enjoyed the views and the pool area. The room did not have A/C but fortunately on the 3rd floor so we were able to keep the windows and balcony door open to allow air to circulate through the room. With temperatures outside reaching the upper 80s during the day our room stayed around 72 and dropped into the lower 60s at night so we were comfortable. I know in the mountains it's hard to rely on television service but after being in Boone all day and Blowing Rock and Banner Elk we just wanted to veg out in front of the TV after getting back to the room. The cable went out the first night we were there, and then came back on sporadically, there was wifi in the room which was spotty at best. We ended up watching Netflix only for it to have to stop every 20 minutes to buffer due to the internet. Not a huge concern, but was a little annoyance. Overall our stay was excellent.
