Enjoy both Gulf and Bay Views in this 4 Bedroom/2 Bathroom home that sleeps 8. The living space features a warm, welcoming interior and showcases a flow-through living/dining area and a comfortably sized living room.
This is a pet friendly property with the approval of Signature Properties. No more than 2 dogs and must be under 25lbs each. My pet rule is as follows:
One DOG weighing 25 lb, flat pet fee of $200, if bring two flat pet fee of $300. Must be crate trained and crated when left alone. IMPORTANT NOTE: We LOVE to welcome responsible owners, but please show good judgment in leaving your dog alone in a strange place for minimal amounts of time - my guideline is 5 hours. If you plan on leaving your dog longer than 5 hours you must use an off-site pet sitting service. Proof of rabies vaccine and vet-grade flea/tick medication required. Please email copies of both paperwork from your veterinarian and a recent picture of your dog within 48 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled. Any excess noise or barking will be reported to local authorities in order to preserve a quiet environment for our neighbors. If continues guest will be required to leave without refund. Dog waste: You must clean up any animal waste with a dog bag. Seal and dispose in trash can. If anything is damaged during or after your stay please contact us immediately so we can arrange to have it replaced or repaired for our next guests.
This well-equipped eat-in kitchen that has been well-maintained and includes granite countertops and crystal pendant lighting. Additional seating is provided at the kitchenâs breakfast bar. Create lasting family memories while enjoying a meal together at the unitâs 4-person dining room table. Move into the living area to relax or watch another episode of your favorite series. The balcony is the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage while taking in the stunning views.
Sleep soundly in the oversized master suite with King Size Bed and a walk-in closet with an adjoining bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The home also offers a Queen Size Bedroom. Bedroom 3 offers guests 2 Twin Size Beds while Bedroom 4 has a queen size bed. Bright and breezy, the second bathroom features a walk-in shower and vanity sink. Towels/washcloths are provided. No need to stress with the vacation laundry pile up! This home offers full-size washer and dryer.
You'll enjoy being in the relaxing backyard which boasts a covered patio and grill. Simply ideal for year-round entertaining. Look no more. You've found excellent beach living.
*Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.
A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
