Newly renovated old Kentucky home located in Lexington, KY. Living room big enough to fit (8) comfortably. Entertainment room for a great family night cap. Within minutes from our shopping centers/ restaurants located in Fayette Mall and The Summit At Fritz Farm. Also minutes from all the major grocery chains (Sam's Club, Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, and Target).

We welcome you to enjoy this 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house which includes a private king suite with en suite and walk-in closet.

Each bedroom on the main floor includes a Sealy or purple queen size mattress and haiku fan. The king suite includes a brand new water fall glass shower, double sink vanity, pillow top Sealy king size bed and 43" flat screen TV that will give you the perfect little retreat from a busy day!

Entertainment room with a super cozy couch, vibrating bean bags, a 64" TV, mini fridge, shuffle board and foosball table.

The kitchen has all your essentials from a gas range, new stainless steel appliance package, pots/pans, dinnerware, utensils, mixing bowls and cutting boards. The walk out basement is great for relaxing with a large seating area!

Good location with nice renovations. Safety issue with the front step being very steep with no handrail. The bathroom has no grip on the tub floor and no grab bar which was dangerous. Strangely, there is no door on the downstairs bathroom. We enjoyed the foosball and shuffleboard, but the bean bag chairs didn't vibrate as listed. There was also no grill and a distinct smell to the house.

Excellent location and stay!

The Carmichaels were amazing hosts and very attentive to our requests/needs. We were in town for the birth of our 3rd child and wanted a place to stay that was convenient, close to the hospital and entertaining for our other children. The kids loved the downstairs basement where the movie/game room was and there was plenty of room in the backyard for them to play as well! Everything was very clean and well maintained as pictured. We had to make some last minute changes to our reservation and the Carmichael’s were so understanding and always readily available. I would highly recommend!

Old Friends Golf Outing

Four of us have been getting together for over 34 years for week of golfing at various locations. First time in Kentucky. This rental worked out perfectly for our outing. Was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. Only suggestion would be to have some instructions on use of TV.

Great location and plenty of space!

Quiet neighborhood in the middle of anything you might need! Our grown children stayed with us for a family trip. The space downstairs provided a fun spot for some while others stayed upstairs to chat. Everything was clean and house was in great shape. Would recommend!

Wedding

My family stayed here during my wedding and they enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room and entertainment at the house and close to the city. The only drawback was there was not extra blankets. Honestly though that was a singular person issue. Everyone else had no complaints. Justin was responsive quick and was positive the entire dialogue. Would recommend to anyone!

The tennis house

We were in Lexington for a tennis tournament and this house was very convenient to the Tennis Club and a local park with great practice courts. We had a great time. We weren’t there much except in the evenings and early mornings but loved our time at the house. With five people, we were very comfortable. Awesome place, quiet neighborhood, and convenient to food, groceries, and the tennis club where we played. Hope we can stay again next year!

Wedding trip

We came to Lexington for a family wedding. The house was perfect! Everyone had their own space. There were six of us and plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. The Carmichaels were great hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

The house and its amenities are awesome! Very clean and fun place to stay, relax, sit on the patio, enjoy family time in the game room/basement. I will definitely be re-booking this house my next trip to Lexington. Hosts were awesome as well - very helpful and accommodating. Responding so quickly and ensuring everything was up to par and we had everything we needed. Top notch!

All the comforts of home

We were very pleased with our accommodations The whole house has recently been remodeled with nicer finishes and up-to-date decor. Everything is new and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The basement was a nice surprise, offering a 2nd living space with game room/tv area where we could hang out without disturbing people sleeping upstairs. The master suite, located in the lower level was spacious and private - and nice and dark for sleeping! Our hosts, Justin and Autumn, were so very welcoming. They were quick to answer our questions before and during the trip. They were very accommodating with a special request, as well. The home is in a quiet, safe neighborhood near The Summit shopping area. Would definitely recommend this rental and hosts.
