This home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms and three car garage. The upper level includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and queen bed. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed and full size crib, a bathroom and laundry room. There is also a game/office room with games, office/gaming desk with an additional loft bed for maximum sleeping flexibility. Games are provided for everyone to enjoy (Ticket To Ride, Monopoly, etc.) The lowest level includes a large family room with the 2nd TV and foosball table, and one more bedroom with two twin over twin bunks.

No Parties — And We Mean It. Absolutely NO PARTIES, EVENTS, or GATHERINGS are allowed on the property at any time.
The only individuals authorized to be on the property are those guests who are included in the reservation and those who have received pre-approval from us, the owners and managers of the property.
Any unauthorized visitors, regardless of how long they are on the property or if they come in a group or in one’s and two’s, will be treated as overnight guests and may result in additional charges and/or an immediate termination of the booking without refund,
The property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
No Pets: Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the home and anywhere on the property. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found.
Food and Drink: Please confine all eating and drinking to the kitchen and patio areas.
Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings.
The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
