Gorgeous Walk to Town Condo with Stunning Lake Views!

Comet Cove is a newly renovated upscale condo with a spectacular, wide and unobstructed view of Lake Placid and the mountains from the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio. Comet Cove features a spacious gourmet kitchen, stocked with basic staples, and an eat-on island. Drink your morning coffee or evening wine on the patio that is bordered by a colorful garden, as you enjoy the lake and mountain view. The condo is equipped with free wifi and an Apple TV with guest use Roku. There is a desk in an "office nook", an electric fireplace and a washer and dryer --- all the comforts of home! The beautifully appointed unit is decorated with original paintings by a local artist. There is off-street parking outside the condo. This convenient location is a block from Mirror Lake Drive and less than a ten-minute walk to Lake Placid's downtown and its many fine restaurants. At the Lake Placid Marina next door to the condo building, you can take a boat cruise around the lake and rent kayaks and canoes. Also, you can take advantage of the Lake Placid Free Trolley which you can catch just a block away. The trolley runs on a continuous loop around the Village, with stops that include the Olympic Center. It also stops five blocks away at the High Peaks Resort, where you can take another free shuttle that runs during the winter to Whiteface Mountain (about 25 minutes away) and points in-between. There is absolutely no smoking indoors and no pets are ever allowed. Minimum stay is 3-nights. Exceptions are during Iron Man, when the minimum stay is a week, and during the winter and summer high seasons and the December holidays, when the minimum stay is 5 days.
