Welcome to our beach getaway! Come and enjoy our 2-story, 2800+ SF home in Fairway Village, complete with all the amenities you will need for a stress-free vacation. Our 5-bedroom, 3 bathroom home is perfect for a large family or multiple small families ready to enjoy the beach and community amenities. With all new modern decor, high-end memory foam mattresses, a 6-seat theater/media room, and front row view of our tranquil large pond, you will enjoy rest and relaxation. Just steps away are the community pool (seasonal), gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, and playground for you and your family to enjoy for free as our guest.

Would definitely stay again!

The house was very cute and clean with a great host! Check-in was easy and the additional amenities of the pool across the street was very convenient. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Family Vacation

Great location, steps from the pool and clubhouse and minutes from downtown Bethany, boardwalk and beach. The home was spacious with a great floor plan. The theatre room was great for watching movies. The nature preserve in the rear provided hours of enjoyment- turtles, blue herons, hawks, a bald eagle and more! Would definitely stay here again.

Great Home, Great Location, Great Fun

My family and I had a great time in Ocean View. The kids enjoyed seeing the ducks on the pond and the playground right across the street. I was able to enjoy the big media room upstairs and there was plenty of space in the living room and kitchen when we were together. Of note, the beach was about an 8 minute drive which was fine as there was plenty of parking.

Bethany Family Getaway

I cannot say anything other than great things. The property is beautifully decorated. Very specious, comfortable and perfect for a large group. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. My family wa so happy with this rental. The host was very responsive and very understanding. I would be happy to book this place again.

Family Reunion

The property was excellent, nice neighbors and everything looked exactly as the pictures online! Our only issue was the can opener lol it can be updated its' ole school and we couldn't figure it out. The property was well kept and perfect size for a large group!

Even Better

We stayed here last year and enjoyed the place and this year was even better. Looks like the master bathroom was upgraded and there are a few more games for the kids to play. Thanks again!

Nice property, but not kept as nice as the rest of the community

We stayed for a baseball tournament - 3 families. The outside appearance of the property left much to be desired. The grass was high and there were weeds in the flower beds and in the back patios between the cracks. The inside was nice and the beds were comfortable. The lights/fans did not consistently work in each bedroom, with one room having a remote for the light/fan that did not work and appeared to be not synced as changing the batteries did not help. There were also very little cooking pans/trays/pots. When we arrived the key fob for the amenities was missing and must have been accidentally taken by the previous renters. Josephine was very helpful in helping me find the spare that they had located in the house and was very quick to respond. Overall, we had a great trip but the house could use a little TLC overall to increase the renters experience.

Nice Comfortable House

This is spacious and stylish house. Our family with another familily spent a few days at the house. The house is spacious, clean and organized. We enjoyed the community pool and adults tennis court. There are a lot to do within 20 min drive. This includes beaches, go-kart, mini-golf, nice golf course and decent restaurants. I would recommend this house families looking spend good quite and fun time.

Stylish Comfort

This is a stylishly comfortable home. The kitchen was modern and big and worked well for three adults to make meals and clean up after. It was convenient to the Bethany and Rehoboth beaches. The pool was a big hit with the entire family.

Exceptional Host

The unit was very clean. All of the pictures are accurate what you see is what you get. The host were always avialbe for any questions. They also went out of their way to allow us to check in early which helped our dinner plans on the check in day. The bedding was comfortable. I will definitely be back next time we are visiting Bethany Beach.

Great family vacation!

We had a great stay ! Loved the movie room! The decor looks like a model home ! The fridge in the kitchen is 1st class. Really appreciates the shovel and buckets for the beach too. We enjoyed visiting the pool. Having a gym in the clubhouse was important for the fitness fanatics in the group. The owners were very, very responsive when we had questions
