The house was very clean. It had everything you could think of-beach chairs, umbrellas, golf cart, bikes, kayaks, crab nets and scooters! Mary was so easy to connect with and very responsive to any texts! I would recommend staying here for sure!

A beautiful home, exactly as described. Fantastic views, peaceful setting, and close to the beach. Private fishing charter was easily arranged, as well as a wildlife excursion on kayaks at Assateague Island. Perfect family holiday.

Home was immaculate. Everything we needed was there .. Mucho amenities everyone had plenty of space I would just recommend changing the fifth bedroom pullout couch that was not usable but knowing the homeowner I'm sure she's on it. Can't wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our group was all age 30 and older, and the property is exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly, the views are spectacular, and it is conveniently located close to Coastal Highway and a number of restaurants. My mother-in-law spent most of the week watching the bay from the enclosed patio while our dogs enjoyed walking around the area. The kitchen is well stocked and even has some speciality appliances such as a griddle and rice cooker. The top floor felt like a separate unit and gave me a place to work remotely while everyone else had a good time downstairs.

This was our 4th year staying at this property. It’s clean, convenient, accessible, and in a perfect location to ocean, boardwalks, restaurants, bay. We love it there and spend family time with our children and grandchildren!

This property was everything It advertised that it was. It was clean. It was spacious. It was comfortable, and the owner responded immediately to text messages. 😊 We brought our boat and spent a lot of time on the water Which was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying in Fenwick.

Summer family vacation

The property was exactly as listed. Everything was clean upon arrival, many kitchen essentials available to use, beach chairs, kayaks, golf cart. Washer and dryer to use. Grill was available and clean. Fire pit. Close in proximity to things in fenwick island and OCMD. Easy to keep in contact with owner, even sent messages throughout the week to remind about garage and what to do with the sheets at the end of the week. Great week for a family vacation! Definitely recommend!

Everything about our week was great from the moment we pulled up to the property. The house was super clean and comfortable. The owner has a notebook with ALL of the information needed during your stay. The property is close to everything we wanted to do, and the convenience of having our boat with us was another plus we enjoyed!

Awesome place.

We went for a family vacation and had a great time. House is very well appointed, as shown in photos. Very clean and lots of extras in garage like kids bikes, toys etc. The owner was very attentive and helpful in answering any questions we had. We hope to stay again next year!

Gorgeous house

Raven's Nest is a beautiful, well cared for property with everything you need for a great vacation. The elevator made loading in and out a breeze and was such a godsend for our 94 year old grandmother. The bay views from the deck cannot be beat. It was great not to have to bring our beach chairs and umbrellas and having linen service made it so much easier to check out than when you have to wash and dry your sheets before you leave. Beach is a quick drive with ample free parking and many restaurants and kids activities close by. Would definitely consider again if we vacationed in the area.

Relaxing after a long day of golf..

Clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed unwinding by the fire after a loooooong day of golf at one of the many fantastic local courses. Communication was prompt and helpful. Highly rated stay!

Perfect house!

Sunsets in the front of the house and beautiful sky views from the back. This house was amazing. There was enough room for all 10 (8 adults and 2 kids) of us to lounge around and enjoy ourselves. We lacked nothing to bring to the beach or just have fun hanging out. The golf cart and the elevator were a plus. We are already looking forward to staying again next year.
