Guests can take in sweeping Vermont views from the deck or scenic lookout station while children enjoy the on-site playground.

The Space

The main level welcomes you through a spacious mudroom with plenty of room for ski and snowboard gear, boots, and outerwear, making it easy to settle in after a full day on the slopes. The open-concept great room is ideal for entertaining and features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and a Keurig coffee maker, along with a wet bar and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. The living area offers cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a TV, creating a warm and inviting space to gather and unwind.

A second living room on the main level provides abundant natural light, additional seating, and another TV, allowing groups to spread out comfortably. Also on this level is a bedroom with a queen bed, a primary suite with a king bed, gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling, and spa-style bathroom, as well as an office with a daybed and trundle that sleeps two. An additional full bathroom with a shower completes the main floor.

The second floor includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, offering a quiet retreat after busy days on the mountain or evenings spent celebrating special occasions.

During the summer months, the outdoor space becomes a true extension of the home. Guests can relax on the outdoor patio with comfortable couches and chairs, gather around the dining table for open-air meals, grill dinner, or unwind by the fire pit as the sun sets over the Vermont landscape. The property also features a natural pond, expansive open space, and beautiful views in every direction, making it just as memorable for summer weddings and warm-weather getaways as it is for ski season escapes. For guest safety, there are two exterior security cameras: one above the garage facing the parking area, and one by the mudroom entrance facing the porch entry.
