My family loved this condo.This was our second stay here. It’s very spacious, beautiful and so close to the beach. The location is perfect. So many great places to see and eat at close by. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Look forward to it!

Spring Break Get Away

This property was absolutely incredible! It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family of 5. The place was clean, well stocked with essentials for kitchen and everyday living. Great location - beautiful condo

Only drawbacks were having to climb 2 sets of stairs to condo front door. Also a little disappointed that deck was shaded and received almost no sun. Aside from that condo was very nice and well designed with all living areas on same floor.

Mixed Feelings About Stay

Overall the condo was good. It was a good size and was in a good location on the beach and near food options and downtown St Augustine. The only problem was had was bugs. After our first day there, we found a roach on the floor. Luckily it was dead when we found it, but it had not been there the day we checked in. Then we started seeing a ton of what we think were some kind of mites in the kitchen on the counters. I contacted the management company and initially they responded right away that they would find out if the condo association takes care of it or if not they would. She even called me back later that day to see if anyone else had reached out to me and I told her they had not. We ended up having to go out and buy Hot Shot, which might have helped a bit, but did not get rid of the problem. When I finally heard back again from the property management, they said the association had it's regular pest control coming out on 3/4 to spray as they normally do. Unfortunately this was after we were going to be gone. Disappointed with how they responded.

Perfect Getaway

We booked a spontaneous trip with our family of 6. After staring at so many listing options, we finally landed on this one. IT was easy to check in, clean, the location was perfect! We watched daily sunrises with our coffee, walked to local shops, enjoyed the gorgeous trip to the historic Downtown St. Augustine and assembled a puzzle on the one rainy day we had. Checkout was easy and the condo association was friendly and great. The ONLY bummer was the tennis/pickleball courts. The fencing was horribly maintained and there were no nets set up. Pool was clean, hot tub was well maintained (poorhouse bathrooms, not so much) but we would still book again!

Excellent location and excellent condo

The condo and location were both excellent. The condo was equipped with everything you possibly needed and was so clean and beautifully decorated. The beach was walkable for miles. Close to groceries , other shopping and sightseeing. We would definitely return.

Nice location

The condo was very nice and was convenient to the beach and many great restaurants. Everything was great inside the condo, the only complaint I have is the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and small for the master bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay and location was wonderful.

A Perfect Condo in St. Augustine

My husband and I wanted to explore St. Augustine a little more after a short visit last year. I researched vrbo properties and this one seemed like a good match. We were delighted to see that the property was just as described and pictured. Loved the updates and decor. Loved the balcony overlooking the pond with a sliver of the ocean in the distance. The kitchen was very well equipped as we did a little cooking during our stay. The guest book was very helpful for restaurant suggestions. We will return to St. Augustine to further explore vacation/retirement homes. I would definitely want to stay at this property again while we do our house hunting!

The condo was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We had a few issues when we checked in, door key pad didn’t work and a plumbing issue in one bathroom. However the property manager was very quick to resolve the issue, even at 11pm. Would definitely stay here again.

Return beach getaway

My family and I drove from Northern Virginia to this great spot, and decided to return again this year, since it was so fantastic, this year was even cleaner and very enjoyable! Only issue was disposal was not working, which we were able to deal with easily. Thank you so much. It was a great stay!
