Ariel Dunes I Penthouse 2403 -
Have you ever dreamt of waking up to beach views and coastal breezes? Hereâs your chance! Ariel Dunes I Penthouse 2403 is on the top-floor overlooking the glittering waves of Miramar Beach. Not only does it offer incredible beach views and convenient access to the shores, but guests will also enjoy access to a wide variety of vacation amenities. With one bedroom and one and a half baths, the spacious condo can accommodate up to six beachgoers.
Upon stepping into this lovely beach view condo, youâll know immediately that youâve arrived in paradise. With its top-floor location, the condo has soaring ceilings and massive windows that give the space a naturally bright and airy feel. The open great room makes you feel relaxed and right at home. A set of sliding glass doors on one end of the room presents panoramic views of the glittering gulf. The doors lead onto a columned balcony furnished with an outdoor table and chairsâthe perfect spot to watch the waves while enjoying a refreshing cocktail. A light gray couch and patterned armchair make up a cozy seating ensemble in the living room with an oval coffee table and a layered rug. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a white cabinet and provided for guest entertainment. Colorful, tropical-inspired artwork and dĂ©cor adorn the walls. Tiled floors flow into the open kitchen, which features a raised granite-topped breakfast bar and cushioned stools. The space is complete with white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops, and an industrial-styled light fixture and dĂ©cor.
The master bedroom is located on the same level as the great room. It features a king-size bed with scrolled headboard, mirrored wall décor, and access to a full bath and laundry. A spiral staircase leads up to a second-story loft, where you will find a comfortable guest bedroom. The room overlooks the great room and boasts incredible gulf views through a large palladium window. From here, guests can access a large, north-facing terrace balcony with lounge furniture, an outdoor table, stools, and distant views of the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Aside from luxurious vacation accommodations, Ariel Dunes spoils its guests with a variety of great amenities. The beach is only a two-minute walk from the property. The condo has not one but two refreshing swimming pools surrounded by a sundeck and chairs. Enjoy poolside drinks and snacks from the Cabana CafĂ©. There is a facility fitness center with a steam room and sauna. Other nearby attractions include Seascape Resort, which offers reduced rates for golf and tennis. Silver Sands Premium Outlets is your go-to for discount retail therapy. The Village of Baytowne Wharf offers fun for the whole familyâfrom delicious restaurants to live music and events to fun coastal activities.

First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen with Eat-In Bar, King Master Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo and Laundry.
Second Level: Queen Loft, Powder Room, Terrace Balcony.
*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
*Parking at Ariel Dunes I and II will be affected by a scheduled seal-coating and re-striping project beginning January 5, 2026, continuing into February, weather permitting. Guests may experience temporary parking adjustments, see contractors on-site, and should follow posted signage and instructions throughout the project.
