Nice, clean and cute property and super convenient to Destin, SanDestin & Seaside. Pool was always clean and not crowded; and just a quick walk to the beach area.

Comfortable stay and the access to beach was great. The room was not as clean as expected. The bed sheets had a few stains and the sink disposal had a very bad smell. There was also no laundry detergent provided which we normally expect in private bookings with washer/dryer. But overall, it was a nice stay. Will consider rebooking in the future.

The view and location are amazing!

The view was so beautiful, had coffee on the balcony every morning. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. And the location was perfect. We went to the beach everyday, the walk was too easy not to. And when we were too tired we just chilled around the pool, my youngest loved the splash pad area. 10/10 recommend and have already shared with friends for future visits.

We absolutely loved our stay, from check in to check out! We received a message on our way in stating our condo was ready for early check in! Huge plus! The photos online were exactly how the property looked in person. This doesn’t happen very often! The views were breath taking and the condo felt very homey! The location was perfect! Just walk right across the street to the beach. The communication with the property manager was on point. We knew exactly what to do when we arrived and when we checked out. Highly recommend this property! Thank you for a great relaxing stay!

Condo with Beach View

There are no words for how beautiful our view was from the condo to the ocean. We were lucky enough to stay for 5 weeks and share all of the fantastic things to do with friends and family. The beach was amazing and the sand was like powder. The pools were great and my husband took advantage of the gym. The restaurants were many and we ate a lot of delicious seafood. Our host responded in a timely manner to all of our questions and requests. The only thing that could have been better would have been the bed pillows, a little worn out. But our overall rating is 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you for a fantastic stay!!

Great clean condo with excellent beautiful view

This was our first time to Miramar Beach and we loved it and hope to come back. The condo was great and loved sitting on the patio and eating while enjoying the beautiful view.

Friends weekend

The place was great! The location was perfect to us. We loved that there were two pools so neither was over crowded. The condo itself was very nice, right off the elevator, which we loved. Our only complaints were there was no Keurig coffee maker and we flew so we didn’t want to buy filters and ground coffee and have to worry about taking it home. Second, although the linens and overall rooms of the condo were very clean, the floors were not. We had to wear our flip flops all the time because our feet got dirty from the floors and we didn’t want to soil the clean sheets from our feet. But overall it was a very nice place. Would rent again.

Looking for a home

Check in easy. Condo clean with great view. Shopping and eating locations are close. We're actually looking to purchase a condo and Aeriel Dunes is a possibility.Viewed several units.

Beautiful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very nice - we also had the perfect view of the ocean. The only thing I would change is that I wish we would have been there longer!

Perfect Location

Condo was spacious and beautiful. We have stayed in Ariel Dunes before and absolutely love the view and convenience to beach. Highly recommend this unit, Beautifully decorated; very modern and clean. Wonderful Condo

Ariel Dunes is a great place to stay very clean and very well updated and the condo was perfect for our family. Radiant Properties was great to work with and book through great communication with them as well.

Radiant Resort Properties was founded by a local husband/wife team, David & Jill Olivarez. They have lived along the Emerald Coast since 2006. Both have operated within the vacation rental and real estate markets for over a decade, bringing a wealth of local industry knowledge to our owners and guests. Over a 15-year career, David navigated from entry-level maintenance all the way up to General Manager at a large VRM in the area before transitioning to another Executive level position with a local resort. In both positions, his vision and implementation of proper processes and fostering strong partnerships increased revenue by 60%+ and improved overall guest satisfaction by nearly 40%. Starting from the bottom and moving throughout the various departments along his career path has given David firsthand experience with every aspect of managing vacation rentals, from top to bottom.
