My husband and his 2 brothers were doing a construction project in the area , and stayed at you VRBO. They were VERY comfortable there and said it was a great place to relax after a hard days work. thank you soooo much

A Comfortable Place

Our families really enjoyed staying here. There was more than enough room for 5 adults. The listing and pictures don’t do it justice. Especially the master bedroom area. The place was beautiful and very comfortable for us to enjoy lounging around. We will be staying here again!

Stay here & play golf!

Karen’s property was a perfect stay for 2 couples who came to TN to play golf. Working with Karen was easy! There are grocery stores near by, many restaurants, and Graysburg Hills 27 holes a short country drive away through beautiful country. The house was clean, decorated so nice and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at the house. We would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasure staying in the house! We come every year to visit friends and family! Only problem we had as tall people were the low shower heads, we had to bend over to wash our hair!

July in Tennessee

Rented the property for the month of July to escape the Florida heat for a bit. First of all, the photos on VRBO do not do the property justice. It is much nicer than the photos. Layout was excellent for my wife and I. Kitchen was spacious with everything we needed to stay for the month. My sister and brother in law flew in for a few days and the basement was perfect giving them complete privacy. Excellent layout. The property is very conveniently located and no more than 10-15 minutes from everything. Publix and Walmart less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again if visiting this area. Excellent experience. Oh, there are also deer that visit the backyard periodically!

What a terrific home. Perfect in everyday for us. Fully equipped, extra appliances, laundry detergent and soft er. Great location. Close to many businesses. Very quiet neighborhood. Karen is excellent with communication. Will most definitely book again next year

Outstanding Stay

House was flawless, everything works and it was exceptionally clean and maintained. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and in excellent like new condition. Layout is perfect with beds and baths both upstairs and downstairs. Location in Johnson City is very convenient with stores and parks/recreation areas nearby. Host is very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended!

The little house was very welcoming, comfortable, and convenient. It was very nicely appointed, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. We especially loved the large comfortable bedrooms and having coffee on the back deck in the mornings. We would definitely book again!
