A small single story home with a full basement located just minutes from the historic village of Frankenmuth and the Birch Run Outlets. The home has three bedrooms on the main floor and a sleeping area can be made in the basement. The back patio is enclosed with bushes that allow for guests' privacy.

Frankenmuth is a tourist travel destination where the Old Bavaria can be felt throughout the entire village. Frankenmuth hosts the world's largest Christmas store, Bronner's Christmas Wonderland, an indoor water park and weekly festivals and gatherings. The Birch Run Outlet Mall features more than 100 stores and is the largest outlet mall in Michigan.

Gorgeous home located so close to main attractions in Frankenmuth. Spacious kitchen and beautiful back patio. Plenty of space to spread out across the home for sleeping spaces.

Nice space for the kids and nice gathering space for everyone. Good communication with host. Host was flexible allowing us to leave our small trailer in the driveway prior to check-in so that we could visit shops more easily.

It was a very nice home and very close to the mall and to shopping Frankenmuth. Loved all the sleeping areas and the den area. The only downside is we felt the house could have been a little cleaner. The bedrooms needed a vacuuming there were crumbs on the floors. The kitchen table was dirty and had fingerprints all over it. The bathrooms were spacious but the toilet area needed a little more cleaning.

Great place to stay for groups. Plenty of sleeping area and two full baths. Nice sized kitchen table for eating and games. This was our second stay and we love it here. Great location, close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth.

I had difficulty getting the check-in information and had to involve VRBO to finally get the information less than 32 hours before we to arrive. After VRBO got involved, the owner responded quickly. We had a big family wedding and the thought of VRBO trying to find us other accommodations the day before was very stressful. Then, with a 4:00 wedding, we had an early check in so two of our group planned to shower upon arrival and get ready at the house. Both people ended up having to shower in cold water. There was no hot water! We had little time to dig into the situation until after the wedding. What we found was that the hot water tank had gone out. We relit it and it worked fine. The host said they hadn't turned it off. Maybe it is standard at VRBO homes, but we were surprised there were not any toiletries, no little shampoos or conditioner to start you off. Not blaming the host if that is how VRBO is but just letting other VRBO guests know so they can be better prepared than we were. But the house itself was very lovely. It was exactly as described and we were happy with the cleanliness, the spaciousness, and the beds were very comfortable. Moral of story, always make sure you get your check-in instructions by the 72 hour before arrival time. Always check your hot water as soon as you arrive.

Accommodating for mid sized groups, friendly and available host, clean property, comfortable beds, essentials (plates, cups, silver-ware, large plates for hosting, extra blankets and pillows, etc.). Overall amazing experience. 10/10 would go back.

The House was beautiful. Not a whole lot of communication with the host. The day we arrived a box of trash was left in the driveway and I emailed the host and got a “Thank you”, the remainder of the stay we moved the trash in the garage at night, and back out during the day not knowing whether or not it was going to be picked up. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Wonderful Stay

Family of 10 in town to celebrate daughters wedding weekend. The home accommodated all of us easily. We even had the photographer, groom, groomsmen, and father of groom (8 total) come the day of the wedding to get ready and take photos in the front and back of the home, and it went perfect! Would highly recommend this home.

Lovely clean home

Clean home, plenty of room for our family of 8, and quaint outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee. Short drive to Frankenmuth.

Great location but.....

The location was perfect, the house very nice and clean. But..... beds were full size, not queens, one bed frame was broken. The dishwasher didn't work correctly, broken toilet paper holder in master bath. There were no smoke detectors in the basement where there were 3 beds we used. Only seating for six in dining room as there were no longer any bar stools to use at the counter. When the jacuzzi tub was used it blew out tons of mold, therefore it's not being maintained properly.Overall experience was good, but many little issues.

A Great Visit!

This house was perfect for our girls get together! Plenty of room and I think it was even nicer than the photos showed! We had a couple bumps when we arrived but within 30 mins our host was busy resolving our issues. We will definitely be back!
