Nice 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2 car garage. The master bedroom is spacious and the bathroom has a garden tub with separate shower. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee pot & more. Laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board is on the main floor.
Covered back porch with gas grill, adarondak chairs and outdoor table. Clean open full basement with darts and shuffle board. Large yard for relaxing and yard games.
Minutes from Frankenmuth where there is always a fesitval or other fun activities!

Great property & location

This was perfect for our family of 6. There were games for the family, plus the house was large enough for everyone to have their own space during downtime. The location was perfect! Not too far from the Birch Run Outlet stores & close to Frankenmuth. We enjoyed our time & would recommend!

Our stay was great and the location was perfect while we went to Frankenmuth and went to Birch Run to the outlet stores. The owner was very accomidating and great with communication.

House is perfect location to visit frankenmuth. 3 bedrooms made it great for our group. Beds were a little stiff. We loved the shuffleboard, putting game & darts in the basement. We watched deer in the back 40 while drinking our morning coffee. Hassle free check in & check out, fast responses from the host. If not a fan of well water, bring bottled water. We will keep this place on our list for the annual trip!

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here for our son's wedding weekend. It was a lovely house and the location was perfect! It was half way between the rehearsal dinner in Frankenmuth and the wedding venue in Millington. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the 2 1/2 bathrooms were just what we needed for getting everyone ready on the big day. The porch in the back was a great place to watch the sunrise. Tim was a great host and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location!

This house is the perfect location for visiting the Frankenmuth area. It sets back off the road surrounded by farm fields. We loved the scenery and watching the sunrise from the back porch with our morning coffee. The house is very comfortable although we would suggest adding some end tables for the couch in the living room and bedside tables and lamps for the queen bedrooms. We had one problem which was the shower in the main bathroom stopped working the first morning we were there but our group of 5 adults made it through ok sharing the shower in the master bedroom. We would stay here again. ThanksTim for responding even though you were on a mission trip in Ethiopia.

Overall the house and property were great. Smelled clean and was freshly vacuumed. Back porch was a bit dirty (cigarette butts under the chairs) but not a big deal. Location to Frankenmuth and Birch Run (shopping) was great. Super easy and quick to get anywhere. Would stay here again.
