The Forrest Cottage - Charming Home in Great Neighborhood

Experience pure coziness when you set foot into this ultra charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, located in a quiet and charming neighborhood! Inside is a spacious open floor plan that features brilliant natural light, striking hardwood floors, and a kitchen with beautiful marble countertops. There's a spacious deck overlooking a secluded backyard and a lower level walkout, with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. The location is truly a dream, as you can walk or bicycle to 5 Points, Shelby Park and some of the best shopping and dining in East Nashville! It's also only a few short minutes from downtown!

Layout:
The first level is comprised of the living room, dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lower level walkout is comprised of a spacious bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room area. There is an external security camera on site.

Parking:
Please park in the driveway. There are two spaces available.

Neighborhood:
This home is located in the cul-de-sac of a charming and quiet neighborhood of East Nashville. There are several restaurants within less than a mile and several are easy walking distance. Check out Two Ten Jack, Lockeland Table, Roberta's Pizza, Eastwood Deli, Cinco de Mayo, Roy's Meat Service, Jeni's Ice Cream, Five Daughters Bakery, Urban Cowboy, Italia Pizza & Pasta, Frothy Monkey, Ugly Mugs, Sweet 16th Bakery, Brightside Bakeshop, Pomodoro East, Rosepepper Cantina, Samurai Sushi East, Lipstick Lounge, Graze Nashville, just to name a few! Other nearby East Nashville staples and activities include Shelby Park, Shelby Bottoms and Greenway, Five Points, Nissan Stadium, and more!

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.

Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.

Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
