This was our second stay in this darling vrbo. The location - walking distance to the square cannot be beat. This unit is cozy in size and huge on comfort from the large bed to the generous cushioned living room furniture. We parked in the rear lot this time and loaded and unloaded through the kitchen door. So easy! The unit is exceptionally clean and the hosts extremely helpful. We plan to return when we next visit Prescott.
We loved our stay in this cozy home conveniently located within walking distance to downtown. The hosts were available and helpful. We will definitely be back!
I never saw the host nor had anything but a generic email. I loved the newly remodeled kitchen with a pod coffee maker, beautiful stove and refrigerator, microwave, and and assortment of countertop appliances. The location was strikingly beautiful in an historic neighborhood, charmingly set in a mix of mature conifers and deciduous trees still dressed in autumn colors.
it was a great stay, just amazing!!! however there was a lamp/charger by one of the bedside tables and it was broken for using USB chargers. There were no cutting utensils or sharp knives to use at all or any little things like baggies tinfoil, plastic wrap, salt etc. There was also a noise canceling machine provided to use but no batteries and no batteries in the house to use either. but other than that perfect!!!!!
The historic home was quaint and clean. Communication with owners was easy and quick. Very close to downtown near the courthouse, food and entertainment was within very quick walking distance. Would stay again. Thank you!
A very nice cottage listed on the Historic Home Registry built at the end of the 1800's. It had everything we needed but did have noisy AC window units. The location was excellent with shops, restaurants, museums, etc. all within a 5-10 minute walk.
The location is perfect for walking to and spending time in downtown. The cottage is well supplied if you want to cook and eat in rather than going out. This was our third year staying for a week in the cottage.
Excellent location and a great place. Much better than staying in a hotel. Would be nice if we were able to take our granddaughter. We will definitely stay again.
Very nice property, access and communication was great. It was very comfortable and clean. I know we will probably return to Prescott at some point and would love to stay here again. Thank you Randy and Susan
The hosts and their housekeeping staff were really a pleasure to deal with and responsive. The location is perfect- walk or drive to pretty much anything you need or want to do within ten minutes. The unit is just right for two people whether a weekend, 2-3 day or longer stay; very comfortable. We ate out about 1/3 of the time and the kitchen was just fine for eating in. Bottom line: recommended.
Checking in was simple and the owners communicated well. If there were any issues with our stay, they made a plan to accommodate us. Grateful for the location that really was walking distance to downtown
Our stay at âNob Hillâ was comfortable, restful and cooler than back home in Tucson. We wanted the convenience of walking to shops, museums and restaurants from our stay and this property gave us that! Along with the peace and comfort of a welcoming property.
Our 3rd annual visit to Prescott and staying on this property never disappoints. Susan and Randy are super easy, units are exceptionally clean and location is peaceful with easy walking distance to downtown. A wonderful stop on our annual southwestern tour.
We are an international retired couple living right here in beautiful Prescott, minutes away. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago from Michigan and enjoy our 4 sons, 3 labradoodles, and a great community of friends in this beautiful historic town. We love to fly and drive to many of the great destinations nearby. The year round comfortable weather without extreme temperatures is an added benefit as well.
This charming registered historic duplex is the best location in town, with a birds eye view of the downtown courthouse and square just two blocks away. Take a easy stroll to all the great restaurants and shopping destinations minutes away. Each side of this duplex has all the essentials to be comfortable and connected while staying with us in a quiet neighborhood.
