Spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home on 2 1/2 acres with Keuka Lake view. Minutes away from quaint Penn Yan, public beaches, Morgan Marina, wineries, diverse restaurants and the Outlet trail for hiking and biking. We invite you to enjoy the front wrap around covered porch to view incredible sunsets, the outdoor BBQ grill and rear patio for al fresco dining, and the fire pit, a great way to unwind in the evening.
**Wedding guests/Family reunions, a second unit a modern studio for two onsite is available to rent for those needing additional space (perfect for honeymooners and celebrating anniversary) We only rent this space out along with related house guests to insure privacy for all. Perfect Vacation Spot in the Finger Lakes

We were captivated by the charm of this beautiful house and property. It is conveniently located close to everything and has a view of Keuka Lake. The interior design is very well done. It was a pleasure to spend time in such a warm and inviting environment. We especially enjoyed our time relaxing on the porches-both front and back amid beautiful flowers and playful chipmunks. This house offers everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this host and home and look forward to returning again.

Great stay at a great property

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable Victorian home. Connie is a great host. She answered all of my questions quickly and provided great advice about our stay and the surrounding area. The home is well-appointed and stocked, and Connie provides lots of great little touches throughout. The outdoor space is also wonderful, and we found ourselves spending a lot of time there. We were a group of 3 friends, and the layout was great for us. I would caution any couples considering this home that access to one of the bedrooms is through the main bedroom, so keep that in mind. It wasn't an issue for lifelong friends, but it might be for others. I definitely recommend this home to others visiting the region.

Having previously been in the travel industry, our Victorian home provides the amenities and comfort one is seeking while on vacation. We invite you to enjoy the grounds and inside amenities, while serving as a launching point to the quaint walking towns of Penn Yan and Hammondsport, the hiking and biking trails of Keuka Outlet Trail and Keuka Lake State Park, Watkins Glen State Park, numerous wineries and distilleries, Morgan Marina, Shoreline Rentals for non-motorized and bike rentals, Windmill Farm & Craft market, and swimming beaches are only minutes away.
A BBQ grill, fire pit, and corn hole are available for dining and chilling outdoors.
**Wedding guests/Family Reunions - the studio for 2 listed under Keuka Luxury Lakeview studio for two, great modern space for the honeymooners or Anniversary celebrating couple can be requested. This unit is only rented along with the house for related guests to insure a private stay for all.** Just message for rates and availability.

We fell in love with the Finger Lakes 5 years ago when we both were employed at a local winery. Having lived in the northeast for most of our lives, we were still seeking an area with the 4 seasons, with forests, lakes, and waterfalls, rolling farmland and less developed, so slower pace! The bonuses are friendly people, the variety of great wineries, distilleries and breweries, a growing and specialized dining scene and in offering our home the ability to meet people and share our suggestions with you.

The property is our happy place. The House offers the warmth that most well-kept old homes do and the studio is the perfect well planned minimalistic and new space that equally feels like home.
