The open-concept living area offers comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, along with a dining table for four, breakfast bar seating, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to the second full bathroom.

There are two separate transactions for each reservation (one for VRBO service fees and one for the rental payment through SPI Rentals). Many virtual one-time card providers only authorize a single transaction, which causes the payment to fail. For this reason, we recommend that guests do not book using Klarna, Affirm, or similar services. If a reservation is attempted using one of these payment methods and the payment declines, the guest will be required to provide an alternative form of payment or cancel the reservation.
