This "resort" was clean as well as the unit itself. However, we had a few issues: Support leg broken on one of the beds and is an accident waiting to happen as it will bend causing the bed to fall. The tub was draining slowly and showered with our feet in about 2 inches of backed up water. The "Sleeps 5" is misleading as you can only sleep 4 (2 on king bed, 1 on each twin bed). There are 2 love seats in the unit and they are not the sleeper type. On our 2nd day I asked management for assistance. They responded and asked how they can help. I then informed them of the 3 items. We never heard back from them and the items were never addressed. We were there 5 days.

Great Place but.....

Loved everything about our stay except that we found out that Las Marianas and only one other property on the Island charge the resort fee after Spring Break. All other properties assign wristbands but do not charge. Greedy if you ask me and will prevent me from staying in the future.
