The condo was in a central area, easy to walk to local amenities. Well decorated and clean. Supplies for normal operation all included. The pool was small, but well kept and clean. Definitely recommend for a nice weekend in South Padre Island.

Property very nice great location just a few things missing . Master access to master closet no where to put clothes, no iron or ironing board. Had easy access to beach , pool needed some attention and cleaning . Beautiful condo .

The place was nice and well equipped. The other guests below us had at least 7-8 adults and 7-8 kids. They took over the pool. We did get to use the pool one day before that last group checked in. Blocked the driveway some of the time.

Great location, clean unit. Sadly, the a/c was out so dealing with a broken a/c was not ideal. Over all an ok experience.

Hello, Leaving this for folks still on the fence! Book now: one of my favorite so far on the island, we adored Steve’s spot: Very well Matained, nice of him to have two parking spots , swimming pool was clean and cool. Washer dryer worked and we had plenty of sheets ,cups, plates and fridge space:A lot of VRBOs do welcome gifts and little hand written notes to you as you arrive , so that would be a fun addition and make us feel more “close” with the owner, maybe a guest book at the front table to leave notes to the owner would be cool. Also we woulda loved umbrellas and chairs for the beach so we didn’t have to pay daily 40-50 bucks for chairs. Not Steve’s problem at allBut we coulda used a few chairs and maybe some wake boards or boogie boards, might be a nice investment as every other condo I’ve rented offers them . It was not an issue as we bought our own . But just unsure when l I’ll use it again unless I’m here. :-))All in all ——this place is fantastic and well cleaned and we loved it , check in was soo easy: thank you a million times over Steve! Love the Romanos and Bishop the Schnoodle :-)

This property was well maintained & very clean! Very nicely decorated for the island. A “home-y” feel. Comfortable beds & furniture. Communication with owner was amazing. Close walk to beach. Definitely recommend & would stay again !
