A bright airy 3-story cabin in the pines. There's room for all the family and friends with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, loft and rec room each with sleeper sofas. A large patio with outdoor dining, lounge areas, fire basin, bbq hammock and hot tub. Heated garage features a pool table, foosball and darts. Outdoor basketball hoop and cornhole All the amenities included, washer/dryer, internet, TV's Nintendo Switch, board games, children's toys and a well stocked kitchen. Great house to stay in

This house was very clean and presented very nice. Great yard for the dogs and the bread and fruit was a bonus on arrival. There is a dog beach out the front and beautiful beaches to swim at. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! The house was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for the 5 of us including a game room that we all enjoyed! A family of Elk strolled past the property on our last night. Simply magical! Would definatley love to stay here again!

Ski weekend

Not much snow this year but it was plenty cold. Brrr. This house kept us nice and toasty. Cozy fireplaces and nice hot tub. Perfect for after 2 days on the slopes

The PERFECT Greer Cabin Vacation Home

Ben and Jean's cabin is the most beautiful and cozy home filled with every amenity you could possibly desire for a stay in Greer, AZ. We have now stayed there twice and it is truly the best vacation rental out there. Hot tub, huge game room, kayaks, paddle boards, comfortable beds, kid's toys and baby items, and a fully stocked kitchen with every item you could need, including a grill and smoker. You immediately feel at home and can sense what incredible thought and care went into preparing the cabin for guests to have the best possible experience.

Lovely cabin

Every year our family chooses a cabin and stays for a week! This was the best cabin by far, so much things for the kids to do, we never heard “I’m bored”. From the pool table, darts, video games and board games! We will be returning!

Great quiet get away

This location was a great way to escape the heat and city life. It was quiet and had lots of entertainment for all ages. Greer had plenty of places to hike and multiple lakes that were close by. My family and I were able to see wildlife from the window of the cabin: squirrels, chipmunks, birds, and elk. There was great communication from the host. Ben supplied more than was expected inside the cabin. He gave lots of recommendations of places to eat and things to do. This was a wonderful summer getaway for my family.

Games and fun for all!

Fun cabin with everything for family fun! From Candyland to billiards 🎱 no one gets left out here. The dog LOVED running the squirrels up the tree and the moms loved the hot tub after golf and hiking. Near all of the natural wonder that Greer has to offer and a full kitchen and grill for the hungriest after a day exploring…Thank you for sharing this home, we really enjoyed our family time here

Perfect Cabin Escape

The cabin was perfect for a family ski and snow get away. The hosts did an amazing job of stocking the cabin with welcome gifts and a full assortment of cooking gear and spices. Our whole family enjoyed the game room and hot tub and I never once heard, "I'm bored" from my teenagers. Excellent location and we took advantage of great skiing at Sunrise and enjoying the town of Greer. We've stayed in many VRBO's and this cabin had the best set-up of conveniences, entertainment and location. Hosts were very responsive to questions. Wonderful place and we'll definitely be back!

The best one yet!

What a lovely weekend! We loved the hot tub, the location in Greer (far enough away from the business of the main road but <5 min drive to the restaurants), and the cleanliness. It was a reminder for us- you get what you pay for. You can hike right out the back door. The owners provided games and toys for kids to play with inside and outside. It was really the best one we’ve stayed at….and we’ve stayed at a lot. Hated to leave!

Best place I've ever stayed!

The owners of this property could write a "how-to" on vacation rentals. Seriously. The attention to detail, all of their awesome decor, the amenities, the town itself... there is something for everyone and we cannot wait to go back! Book this property NOW. You will be glad you did. **if you are bringing an old dog that struggles with stairs, just know you will be carrying them up and down at least one flight of stairs. Totally fine for us. but if you've got a big dog, that could be a challenge.

Perfect getaway!

Amazing, clean, incredibly cozy cabin with every single amenity you could ever want! The game room alone kept us occupied for hours on end! Ben and Jean were incredibly kind hosts who left arrival gifts for my husband and me…just such an amazing time start to finish. We loved the comfy beds, the outdoor spaces (incredible patio and fire pit area!) and feeding the birds. This place is like a magical treehouse for grownups. The kitchen is super well stocked and the master bath had luxury bath salts and facial masks to ensure complete relaxation. We were within a few miles of lots of exploring and “downtown” Greer(it’s so much like a tiny Swiss village!) . Never once were we bored. What a wonderful home, thank you for sharing it with us!

Perfect getaway

My hisband and I, along with our two 18 yr old boys stayed here for 6 nights. The boys had never been to Greer before, though my hisband and i come yearly, and I was worried they would be bored. Not the case at all! If we never left the cabin, there were so many things to keep us all entertained. The lower level game room was a hit for all. Beautiful scenery, tons of cool birds, cipmunks and squirrels. We even heard a few elk bugles while sitting out on the deck enjoying the stars. Every amenity you would need, just bring clothes and groceries. Though we left some condiments/spices that we bought and didnt use, there were plenty of spices, pillows, blankets and towels. So charming and homey. We're hoping this property will be available when we go again next year, or maybe even this year around Christmas.

Stunning property, great family getaway

Such a perfect place to stay! Huge wow factor when pulling into the driveway. Our two 8 year old boys were quick to point out the kayaks and basketball hoop. Next they found the game room loaded with SO many, it was so perfect for the kids. Hot tub was hot and ready to relax in. The cabinets in the kitchen were fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Bedding was so comfortable! The view of the trees from the master bedroom is so beautiful, like a painting. Oh.. and the view from the whirlpool tub!!! Bird and deer watching right from the cabin. The Bluetooth sound bar in the living room was a huge plus for us, too. As well as the record player and awesome Vinyl collection. Spent lots of time down in the garage while the kids played basketball, the adults played pool and darts. Super close to the Lazy Trout Market & Molly Butlers. AND a less than 5 minute drive from the lakes. Can’t say enough!!!! Never wanted to leave. We will be back :-)

What a FANTASTIC property

This property is fantastic! There are so many things to do and the location is stunning. The listing is 100% accurate and Ben & Jean (hosts) are incredible with their communication. The big kids all had a great time playing in the game room, and the adults enjoyed some much needed down time after Christmas on the couch in front of the fire listening to a great vinyl music collection. We were able to take our (3) pups with us, who weren't sure about the cold, but really enjoyed the adventure. Bedrooms: Super hospitable and very cozy. Very cute themed decor, and the kids didn't complain about the beds. The master bed is more on the hard side; just a statement. The sweet touches of soaps and bath salts were very much appreciated! Common areas: the basement was always chilly. We did turn off the fireplace overnight, not realizing it was the sole heat source down there, so this may be partially our fault. We got it up and running the next morning, but even after a few days, it was still too cold to enjoy the space. There is timed heat in the game garage, so that was a bonus for the kids. Many fun games of darts! The main level was where we mostly hung out, and it's super cozy and very well decorated for Christmas. The whole ambiance was just fantastic! Kitchen: We cooked every meal during our stay and the kitchen is a little tight and awkward, but OK. Very happy with our stay; we'll probably seek out another star in the summer! We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming place — perfect for family time. The grandkids loved the game room and kept everyone busy with pool and shuffleboard matches. Even when the rain rolled in, we had plenty to do and felt cozy just watching the forest through the big windows. Extra bonus, the bird feeders outside the dining room window brought not only birds but squirrels and chipmunks to watch. Everything was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the little things that make a trip easy. We’d happily stay here again — it was the peaceful mountain break we needed.

A Canadian that grew up in cottage country Ontario and west coast BC. Met my wife traveling in South America and followed her back home to Phoenix. We have 3 big water loving dogs. Like to drink coffee, read, forage, cook, drink wine and work on the house, not always in that order. Starting a family and going to raise them wild.

A wonderland for kids dogs and a peaceful mind. Quiet roads, endless wilderness and a friendly active reserved community. We get cell reception and internet but also the bluest skies, starriest nights, meanest thunderstorms and gnarliest winter blizzards in AZ.
It's perfect.
