Historic Log Cabin in Greer, AZ. Located near Molly Butler's & Sunrise Ski Area
Simple, genuine log cabin. Quirky Staircase. Located in the heart of Greer, Arizona. Cozy wood stove. Front Deck with a gas fire pit. High Speed Internet, satellite tv, air conditioning (if needed) and an air of history throughout the walls. Historic Molly Butler Lodge and The Rendezvous in walking distance. Lakes, hikes, fishing, kayaking, sledding, and skiing nearby.
I was very pleased with how responsive the host was and attentive to our needs. She was always available. The cabin was cozy and easy to keep warm. We enjoyed the Outstanding view of the mountains and forest. We loved the gas fire place in the living room. It kept us cozy. The fireplace out on the deck was charming and made the deck experience at night wonderful. The deck was furnished with comfortable seating. The kitchen had the extra things we needed to cook our meals. We were so grateful to have our dogs accepted by the host.
The cabin was decorated to perfection for the Christmas season. I appreciate all the time and effort put into building an inviting atmosphere for families to enjoy during the holidays. Thanks a million for some great memories!
We ended up arriving just before dark and it was getting cold out. I had not received the door code prior to our arrival. I called the number in the listing and was told that person didn't own or manage that property. He was very helpful though but didn't know how to get through to the owner. The listing had a property management company to contact if no owner answer. There was no response at that number either. We only were able to get in the property after going to the local restaurant and a staff member there gave us the door code. We never heard from the owner or management the next morning either. We had family members visiting from out of state and it was very frustrating and embarrassing with no help to gain entry.
We managed to lock ourselves out of the cabin on the first full day. Sandy, the host was able to get us back in withing minutes. As described, this is a historic (older) log cabin. This is exactly what we were looking for and were thrilled. Remember this is an older cabin and some things are not perfect. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, and we had a wonderful time during our stay. We will stay here on future trips to Greer. During our visit we saw Elk, wild Turkey, Big Horn sheep and Deer. Thank you, Sandy, we enjoyed your cabin.
Easy to find, very clean and cozy. Made use of the kitchen and outside grill. Host is communicative and left a booklet with nearby activities and places to visit. Came with friends for fishing and hiking. Great centralized spot for nearby lakes and trails. Would definitely book again.
Sweet sheets, hot water for everyone, scenic vistas and plenty of room. Loved the gas firepit and enjoyed the deck to sip the morning coffee. Super convenient location. Wifi was great, the cable tv was super nice. Thank you for providing every amenity that we needed.
We had a terrific time. This cabin suited our needs perfectly. Just remember it is almost 100 years old. We were impressed by the cabin being 100% wood. No drywall in the entire place.
Sandy was an awesome host very communicative . We have been regular visitors to The beautiful Greer Arizona for the last 10 years and this Cabin was absolutely the coziest stay we had it really gives you the Authentic Cabin feel with all the amenities of home we will definitely be staying at cabin 6 at antlers Ridge again cannot thank you enoug Sandy for being an awesome host. This cabin was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway in the forest/mountains.The cabin itself is beautiful with a rustic interior that is a wonderful blend of comfort and outdoors. It was clean and came with all the amenities needed to feel at hime. Its located near everything one might want to see in the town of Greer and also has a nice walking trail along the road that was perfect for my dog. Sandy the host was very communicative and even checked in with me during a storm to make sure all was well.I would stay here every weekend if giben the choice. every callamenities
We booked a cabin that had 4 bedrooms and two baths as a family of 4 older adults used the booking to celebrate a milestone birthday. The location was great, everything worked, it was extremely clean, and we couldnât thank our host often enough for all of the help in planning and being available for questions. Weâd do this again in a heartbeat.
Our multigenerational family had a fantastic experience in Greer. We stayed during a quiet week over Spring Break hiking with the dog, playing board games, reading books, talking, sleeping with the windows open, sharing good meals and simply enjoying family time. Plus a little skiing. Our family had a wonderful, comfortable time and will absolutely be back. Even our teenager said he was so glad that we went!
Had a great time at Mollyâs cabin. It was 20 degrees outside, but nice and warm inside. Beds were comfortable and seating for 6 in the kitchen. Full sized fridge was a plus.
This cabin was the perfect stay for our ski get away. Note yes this cabin is old and is not a brand new place which the owner is up front about it in the description. Thatâs what we loved about it, this cute little historic cabin that has so much character. We all loved it! My kids especially loved the old 13 inch tv in the one room they made me laugh as they were so confused by why it was so large. I think every rental place should have something from the 90s it was awesome. Sandy is a great host!
This cozy cabin was perfect for my partner, four teenagers, 1 dog and I got several reasons1. Located within 30 minute drive from Sunrise Resort2. Sandy was great at answering my questions and was flexible about adding our dog at the last minute. 3. Beds were comfy
Cabin was really nice and near to all the restaurants and bars. The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay.
All amenities, but so warm and inviting with the old cabin feeling one would want when one stays in Greer. Very thoughtful host, even a wreath on the front door. Great memory.
