à propos de cet hébergement
Central Neighborhood, downtown Traverse City, blocks to the West Bay Beach
We absolutely love this house and location, we lived here until we outgrew the space! Walk or bike to downtown Traverse City and West Bay beaches, splash pad, and festivals. This home is the lower level of a duplex in a historical residential neighborhood. Restraunts, breweries, and speciality shops are all within walking distance, with groceries just a few minutes drive away.
Built in the early 1900's as a boarding house, this home is a traverse city origional with 100+ year old quirks and character. It was made for renting. Currently the grass is being re-grown in the front yard and the back yard is thick and rich for enjoying the outdoors.
In a few blocks walk or bike ride, you reach the heart of the Grand Traverse West Bay, with your choices of hitting the beach, volleyball courts, splash pad, biking the beautiful TART trail to Suttons bay, the Wednesday and Saturday farmer's market, Cherry Featival, Film Festival, kayak, jetski, and paddleboard rentals, as well as exploring the shopping, dining, and breweries of downtown. The location of this home also puts you in walking distance to the historic Grand Traverse Commons shopping, fine food and drink, and scenic hiking/biking trails.
Just a short drive to beautiful golf courses, wineries, nature preserves, inland lake or great lake charter boat fishing, great lake sailing on the Nautical or Manitou Tall Ship. A less than 40 minute drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes. This home is 30 minutes from the equestrian festival.
