FANTASTIC LOCATION! Literally across the street from Chair 15. View of lift from big living room windows. Couple blocks from Sierra Star Golf, short drive to Lakes Basin, downtown.

Enjoy this great location with easy access to everything you need year round, while away from the hustle and bustle of the Village and downtown. You'll love leaving the third floor of the building and arriving at the base of the Eagle Express lift in about 3 minutes, without having to walk up a hill in ski boots. You will start your day closer to the lift compared to where some people are able park their cars! This makes taking a lunch break at the condo just as convenient and much more relaxing than anywhere else on the mountain! In the summer, enjoy easy access to the Town Loop for walking and biking around town or hiking from one of the trailheads in the Lakes Basin; a 10 minute drive away!

Sleep up to 8 people with a King bed in the downstairs master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom (upstairs), and the loft (upstairs) has two Bunk Beds (both bunk beds are Twin over Twin), and a Twin Futon, equaling a total of 5 twin beds in the loft. The living room couch is a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dish-ware and cookware you will need for a tasty home cooked meal. Enjoy the nice wood burning fireplace after a long day on the mountain. This unit boasts a large dining table that seats up to 6 people! Also enjoy private in-unit washer and dryer after a long day on the mountain. The complex includes covered garage parking for one vehicle, a pair of outdoor hot tubs steps away from the condo, and a sauna for relaxing after a day on the slopes, and community coin-operated laundry just one floor below. Other amenities include an outdoor gas grill, a gym, a tennis court, and a pool for summer stays.

Activities aside from skiing include world renowned hiking, stellar boating and fishing at the Lakes Basin and mountain biking at the resort. Rent E-bikes and tour the town or play a round at the one of the two nearby golf courses. Four of the town's free bus lines stop nearby in the winter, including the evening and late night trolley. Grab groceries at Von's, a 5 minute drive down Meridian Blvd.

Disclaimers:
Parking for a second vehicle is available first come first serve. The nearby Eagle Express Lift generally opens early December and closes in mid/late April. Some amenities may be closed for routine maintenance or repairs at HOA discretion.

A Note About WiFi:
Mammoth is a mountain town surrounded by National Forest Land. Our internet is not as fast as it is in the city. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it may not be as fast as you need. Be advised of this in regards to needing internet for school or work while you are visiting.

2 paper parking passes are located on the kitchen counter. There is only one assigned parking space in the underground parking garage (Parking space #12). Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the unmarked parking spaces in the parking garage.

Cozy, Steps to lift, Loved it !

This place far surpassed expectations! It is a well kept, cozy cabin vibe and perfect for a group! Comfortably sleeps 8-10 and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it felt. Steps to Eagle lift so people can come and go from the slopes as they need. Plus there was a hottub in the complex which we didn’t expect! BONUS. This place was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Decent value for money and location

We have kids so the 4 flights of stairs to the apartment and the "steps to the lift" being about a 7-10 minute walk was not ideal. The checkout procedures and requests are excessive for a place charging this much in fees. Outside of that, it's a fairly accurate listing and you get what's expected. It's what you would expect at this price point.

As a professional property manager we post clear rules, expectations for departure, and potential fees or fines for ignoring those rules during your stay or after departure. We almost never actually fine anyone, because virtually all guests follow the rules. We don't ask for anything too hard: no linen stripping, no cleaning- just a few basics like trash removal, heat settings, run the dish washer, etc.). In accordance with AirBnB policies, our house rules and fines are posted in our ads and available for review prior to booking. These same rules and fines are posted inside the unit to ensure there are no surprises. We believe posting the rules up front so they are clearly understood to be the best way to meet our dual obligation to our renters, as well as to our homeowners, who expect us to protect their home and investment. Our check out rules have good reasons for them. For example, failure to remove trash after your stay can invite bears to break in, causing thousands of dollars in property damage. Similarly, a vacant unit left unheated can have pipes burst; parking and noise violations can bring police or HOA fines on the property owner, etc. All our rules have similar logic, I don't have enough space here to explain them all, but call if you're concerned. Absolutely great location. Unfortunately, the place was very dark, no mention of four flights of stairs (75 year old parents) to get to unit. The hallways smelled horrible. I am sure the owners payed a lot of attention to decorating but the place was very dark and cluttered. Very difficult to know what could be used or not from the long list of rules. Cleaning crew did not clean properly. Not sure why we pay huge cleaning fee when we had to do most of the clean up.

Getaway

The photographer did an excellent job advertising this property. Unfortunately they failed to tell you that it’s four flights of stairs and no elevator to get to the property. It was a lot of climbing up and down to go and come from the condo. Not easy for a couple in their mid-60s. It is a great condo for a family as the loft adds four additional bunkbeds for children. As we were there in July it was a little warm so you had to use the fans since there is no air-conditioning. Seem to have everything needed and more, including washer and dryer which was great. I was not impressed with the carpet it was a little dingy and had spots in places. Overall the condo was a little cluttered for my taste and the closets were stuffed full of things with no where to hang your own things. I know I tend to be somewhat picky so, for others who don’t mind climbing stairs this may be a great place. Very easy check in and check out all done via The in room tablet on the kitchen counter
